It is a sandwich that Korean idols enjoy eating on the day of recording a song program.
The ingredients are simple, it's easy to make, and it's absolutely delicious.
It's an easy ingredient that everyone has in the fridge, so make sure to make it.
*** Measurements are scales (g), rice spoons (Tbsp), teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)
[Serves 2]
✤ Ingredients
4 sandwich bread
Strawberry jam
✤ Cabbage Salad
140g, 2 Handfuls of cabbage
1.5g (0.5tsp) Salt
20g Carrots
3g (0.3tsp) Sugar
30g (1.5Tbsp) Mayonnaise
✤ Egg Salad
2 Boiled eggs
34g, Crab stick
3g (0.3tsp) Sugar
20g (1Tbsp) Mayonnaise
Black pepper powder
✤ Tips
Use thin slices of bread. I didn't have thin bread, so I made it with thick bread.
If you make it and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before eating, it tastes better because it is moist.

Crazy combination! Sometimes the most unexpected ingredients work well together. Not so sure about this one, at least for me.
I'll definitely make this one. I love these Korean "grab and go" ideas, especially the "street" sandwiches. I use my pastry cutter instead of a masher to get a good consistency of the hard-boiled eggs. 😎 Irish/American home chef.
