Nice Job, suggestion place a piece of foam or blanket between the wheels when folded. This will prevent scratches on the frame from the wheel hub bolts. Ask me how I know …lol
Invest in a folding “Load It” ramp from Erickson. Also, try loading/unloading your bike with the tote tilted 90 degrees and resting up against something.
Great video! Any ideas on a good way to cover the top half against rain? I'll be transporting mine in a pick-up truck. With these afternoon down-pours we get here in Florida I'd like to be able to protect them from the rain while driving back from the beach.
They sell several covers on Amazon just will have to find one that fits your bike. Mine is always folded in placed in my SUV. So I can’t really address your question. But I did do some searching in Amazon and there are several. Thanks for watching.
You do not need to lift at all, raise the tote Vertically and just slide the folded bike in, than slide the tote into your vehicle trunk by using foldable car dog ramp . No lifting at all vs. what this video shows you.
Do you have any idea how the front or back baskets that you can attach go on? I’m just wondering if I had one of those if I would have to take it off every time I put it into the tote and if it’s a big hassle to do so. Don’t have the bike or accessories yet. Just trying to plan ahead because I know I would want the extra accessories and I would have to transport in my car, also, what do you do to ensure that the battery doesn’t overheat when transporting or when charging

Yes, I found that out the hard way also. 😅
Who knew you were so handy? Have fun with the new toy & ride safe.
Thanks Bruce
Yes, we’ve used these bins since last fall and worked out great. Thank you for the acknowledgment in the video. ~ Ron & Judy

Wonderful!
How tall is it in the bin? My car has a smaller back opening and I want to measure before buying.
Thanks for the instructive video.
About 27”

I agree, that’s how I do it now. Thanks for watching.
Very good video. Was your height measurement of 30” taken at the cables or seat/frame?
Seat frame

If it doesn't fit with the baskets - replace the bolts with a wing tip bolt to remove the screws easily
How tall is the package, the bike and the container
@@rubypoulson in container about 28”
Will this size tote fit in a '21 Prius Prime?
I think going to a 60 or 70 gal tote would be your best bet.
What is the height of the final assembly? Curious if it will fit under the tonneau cover of my truck.
Towards the end of the video, I believe the height indicates 30”
