- The Beaver is a Canadian engineering icon, and is a perfect, simple, rugged bush plane for your GA adventures. The seaplane version is also my favorite in flight simulator to date! In this flight we take a trip from Renton Municipal (KRNT) up to Friday Harbor, landing on the water
I can’t get enough of the Beaver! Best thing ever happened in MSFS! ❤
If you want to improve water handling in the Beaver try dropping the water rudders. The handle is located on the bottom left, next to your left leg. Don't forget to retract them for takeoff or the beers are on you!
Hello, I flew from Wales, Alaska, to Cape Horn in Chili with the Beaver, about 50 legs and it was a nice journey. It's a really fun plane.
I’ve just started in MSFS, finishing the first three flight school sections, but wanted to fly around my home town. I found the otter to be extremely newbie friendly, and I flew out from Wellington airport out to the lagoon on Kapiti Island. Made a nice easy touchdown on the water and taxied up to the beach. But after shutting down the engine couldn’t restart, so will now use what you showed here. Great video.
nice video. good and fun info you provide. Too bad we cant get a good payware version of this along the lines of a2a quality.
wow didnt know that milviz did this! i surely have to check it out again!
How much does it take to get started in flight sim? Just a regular guy with a PC.
hello there….is that tablet you open at
This could have been such a good plane. Shame the engine shutdown sound is gone, the sound of that P&W slowly ticking over to a stop is music to my ears. There was a great free soundpack for FSX that had a nice shutdown sound, shame they didn't just use that? I have no idea how to edit these stupid new VWise sounds otherwise I would do it myself.
Manuals are available?
