He has done the research. Dr Gundry is a great mind and has discovered and uncovered many important aspects of health and healing. My suggestion to you is to try and increase your IQ a little bit more, so you could be more curious..

    Interesting!
I wonder if, after decades of wicked diet, the intestinal microbiome would change positively when a sustained "healthy" diet is introduced and without having to reseed the microbiome with a fecal transplant or a pill?

    She keeps interrupting

She is horrible, and her laughing damages one's ears.

I started watching this "episode" with interest, when half through I quit, frustrated by this woman that interrupted Gundry with dumb observations that didn't add one bit to the conversation. This brings a question to my mind: why cannot famous persons with important messages do their own shows instead of having to be "interviewed" by worthless hosts? Dr. Gundry makes many shows where he directly addresses the viewer. Why did he need to be interviewed by this "keri Glassman"?

too long of an intro, boring

Absolutely boring and frustrating. Too many profit seekers open up their "forums" on UA-cam as "guests" of personalities. Such personalities should not fall for the allure of these "guests" and instead post their own videos.
