I have been so blessed I've gone to school to be a holistic nutritionist and I've learned some pretty incredible things through mentors but it's through connecting with Dr gundry implementing what I've learned from him that I can truly help educate people to one not waste their time their money but get the true help that they need
Dr Grundy teachings in lectines, have makes a huge difference in my back pain, even i only follow his recommendations in about 80%. I making changes in my diet, but it take time. Hopefully i will be more consistent doing the rigth thing. I started less that 2 months ago. I am feeling now better than i did five years ago., and in that time I was so miserable, taking 6 pills for pain a day, now I only take one pill dayli, and planning to eliminate that one. Thanks Dr Grundy!!!
34:34 I would love to see even a partial list of the polyphenol-containing supplements he takes. Does anyone know what even a few of these are or might be?
all beef, mutton, pork have Neu5Gc lectin binding sugar, whether grass fed or conventionally fed. pasture-raised grass fed animals have a healthier fatty acid profile than grain fed animals & avoid the lectins, glyphosphate, herbicides, pesticides that the plants were exposed to if you are trying to avoid the autoimmune reactions that may occur due to molecular mimicry to Neu5Gc, you can avoid or reduce the amount of meat that you eat. if your immune system is already reactive, you should avoid it you can eat fermented animal products as the bacteria eat sugar, including the NEU5GC. hence fermented sausage, cheese (hard cheese), yogurt, kefir are possibilities. if longevity is your goal, then limiting the amount of meat will keep your IGF-1, insulin growth factor, low as well as reduce your changes for cancer poultry, fish, shellfish, molluscs, elephants, humans have the Neu5Ac sugar

So it’s fiber good to for healing gut or it’s not okay? I am a little confused about insoluble and soluble fiber that’s he mentioned.

Millet has phytic acid that hinders absorption of K, Ca, Fe, Zn and Mg.
yes, you're right, however if you drink enough mineralised water, and eat healthy, and have a good gut, phytic acid isnt an issue tbh
Ferment millet
@@kumudinivithanage8959 So why not sprouted organic oats?
What ifyou have sensitives to fermented foods??
Keep eating it. Your low count of microbes will start feeding on it and re populate. Resulting in this food helping you grow stronger.
What are the supplements that
Have polyphenols?
For instance, olive leaves extract. Also luteolin.
Algae
Blueberries
Plants!
quercetin
Love Dr Gundry🙏💙🙏
the problem with the carnivore diet is that you stop feeding your microbiome
Makes a lot of sense
How does that make any sense?!

No... carnivore has made my inflammation go down... Cutting out lectins have helped too!
I Totally agree! I lost 40 lbs and healed the pre diabetes I got from being a vegan for ten years where keto/carnivore diet helped heal all that!
New subbie! 🙂
I am confused. Is okay to eat high fiber foods to heal gut or it’s not okay.
What is Delenoien
Can som@ß#hat is the vitamins did the doctor and the patient took to help them selves?
So beef, mutton, pork and most milk should be avoided because of NEU5GC ?
pasture-raised grass fed beef and mutton are O.K

Ginger bothers me too. Ginger is warming, and not particularly good for gut problems.
dr gundry said in 1 of his podcast that ginger is a bad food for gut. acv is good for gut
It kills fungus and bad bacteria.
It's a digestive
Your blowting after 20 minutes. Can you talk al little bit about SIBO and low FODMAP diet
I really don’t like the way gundry makes fun of patients who trusted him with their lack of health knowledge! He’s a ---!
Gundry is not trustworthy!
That British Colon doctor himself died of colon cancer. 🫡
