I saw same method on other video and can confirm it works. Don't try to remove from the front. On my first week so it hurts a lot. To avoid pain and cuts do it as he does, bassically one smooth motion. I cut inside of my life top with bottom trays cause I was doing it to slow so the part went back and clipped the lip.
