- Hi SnowRunners!
In today's video, I'll be going over all your SnowRunner pain in one video. If you guys enjoy this one, I've got some ideas for a part 2! Let me know what you think of this vid in the comments.
Thank you!
Music:
In the Hall of the Mountain King by Edvard Grieg

Ive said this before but these trucks can do nearly anything, forge rivers, wade through deep mud, and climb the steepest hills, but god forbid they run into a rock on the road
Completely agree 😂 Thanks for commenting
highway gear 8/8, you see a rock in the middle of the road you already know your fate:
suspension front left collapsed
tire front left flat
engine damage
immediatly spinning out of control because tarmac in snowrunner turns to ice at speed
more engine damage since you just hit a ditch
trailer wraps around you, bugs out and enters low earth orbit
@@fazeobama8872 My brother once was making a left turn with a trailer. He barely got a wheel in the dirt (level dirt, it wasn’t even a ditch or a rock), and somehow it glitched the game so badly that the trailer ended up as a permanent satellite on his map.
@@Dat-Mudkip snowrunner multiplayer moment
@@fazeobama8872 Single player, actually.
Insane amount of cargo to one/two places in Yukon is absolutely the worst
"Phase 2:" aaaaaaaaaagh
@@BikeNewLondon Yeah, phase 2. Overall two maps in Yukon are very good but this grinding ruins it all
yea i nearly quit the game because of that
@@jebus456 Me too, I even stopped this season in a half for one or two weeks because I get bored of this
worst part was, i remember having all except for some metal beams, and they updated the game, AND ALL MY CABINS WERE GONE, HOURS OF WORK TO THE TRASH BIN.
i left the game until phase 3 arrived and never touched phase 2, except when i finish all the rest of the phases, only then i return to that stupid map
When I saw you planning the route through that bit in Urska River, I laughed. Been there, done that. It's probably the longest, most painful "shortcut" in all SnowRunner! Another painful episode that happened to me: going with a loaded ANK MK38, only to flip the truck at the last turn, 200 metres away from the destination point. Argh! But I was a novice then. 🙂 - Cheers! //Rick
I made the mistake too!
the most painful thing is to ride on a scout, and turn over where the autonomous winch does not reach a single tree
Agreed!
"No winchable point nearby"
You forgot the hidden pot holes that take half health from your suspension and engine
You mean the rocks with the sice of a strawberry?
@@UncIeMJExactly
Snowruner teaches us
that the shortest way is not the fastest way
Definitely!
Best road is almost always the fastest
To be honest my most hated part is that in this game any sort of speed is too much for it to handle like i get its a trucking game but there are so many places where you cant really go slow oh and also THE GOD DAMN ROCKS ON THE GOD DAMN ROAD THEY DESTROY ALL THAT THEY TOUCH
those are the only enemys in SR, those damn rocks
I agree!
@@Andrea-B-65-UKThanks for the advice, I’ll look into it
The trick on the icy hills is to stay to one edge so one side of your tires are in snow instead of on ice
The whole sequence of the truck falling over on the race track is single-handedly the best part of this whole video.
Thank you for commenting!
please make a part 2 🙏
Yes please
You want even MORE pain?
Agreed. This is a masterful summary of pain in a short period of time.
Just uploaded!
@@thegamingrat1 cool
LOL the other truck trying to drive away when you're trying to lift it with a crane. Gets me every time.
1:23 the frantic auto-winching is absurdly relatable
I have a funny story to share. It happened yesterday. My buddy was carrying a trailer that had the material to fix a bridge with his truck. It was about 800 meters from where we left. I go first since I drive a Hummer to help him unstuck from the mud.
Once we arrived, I looked at him and realized something was missing...
It's the trailer. Yup, he forgot to attach the trailer because he thought the trailer was already attached, the same goes for me. 800 meters while moving and un-stucking and we didn't even realize the trailer was missing. Had to turn back and reattach the trailer. We had a good 5 minutes of laughing.
Thank you for commenting!
Extraordinary montage! Laughed so hard. Thank u.
Glad you enjoyed!
1:20 you can avoid this by sticking to the snowy side of the road where you get traction
Yeah, trying to drive up a frozen road is just a skill issue
those big concrete blocks that look like they're going to be helpful in the snowy roads but just destroy your tyres even if you think you've slowed down enough
yes those always get me
Those ones in front of the port in Don always take out my suspension 😔
You forgot to add the part where carrying ANY speed results in the vehicle wandering side-to-side, even if it's a pickup truck with road tires.
Agreed!
Why would they make that """""shortcut""""" in Amur? It's so stupid. I firmly believe that Amur is an F-tier map exploration-wise, I hate it so much, can't go anywhere properly
In Snowrunner usually shorter means slower
@@VCN01 agreed
Agreed, 100%. I'm at a point where I have between 80% and 95% completion on all regions. Guess which region I'm still at 48%? Amur, of course. The only map that's bearable is Chernokamensk. While Northern Aegis Installation is pure sadism on the part of the developers. I hate that map with passion. //Rick
@@Riccardo_Mori It feels like they made the map with the idea of making as few ways to be able to traverse it as possible. If you have mud tires, you're gonna end up at an icy uphill with no winch points, if you equip chained tires, you're gonna spend millennia trying to go through deep snow. Not to mention just how few viable paths there are, no freedom at all, and even tatarin sometimes gets stuck in unreasonably deep snow, which usually had no point being there in the first place other than to artificially slow progress
Amur is the only Region i used a modded Truck to complett 100 % and never Play that map again😂
Some of the worst pain I've went through while playing SnowRunner was when I had a truck run out of fuel in a map that had no garage and no fuel station. So I then had to take another truck with a full fuel tanker and make what felt like a 45 minute long journey across one map and into the other. Trouble is, I never actually made it to the stranded truck, because my rescue truck pulling the fuel tanker rolled over. I'll be honest, it's been about 5 months since that happened and I haven't played the game to this day.
Thank you for commenting!
One pain I had was I was far away from any garage, trying to scout around and I rolled, the closest trees to me were the saplings that break with any type of force applied to them. The worst part of it all, the place I was trying to go to was within 25m of me
I wish this game was more on the realistic side then the balanced side
Had the first one on DayZ earlier today, had to run the last 200m with a water bottle, fill it up, then fill up the truck and just coast off that tiny bit of fuel to the petrol station 😂
Thank you for commenting@
Or carrying fuel drums, on an oil drum mission…..
I took concrete blocks on a hellish journey into a quarry only to discover slabs were needed.
Rig: i can go anywhere
Tree: hold my branch
Ive actually never really used chained tires. Even in amur but there is ways around😂
There's one thing missing: Tip over when almost reached the destination and engine doesn't start so no winch to put the truck back on its wheels. Which is already time consuming if you need to load the cargo again.
Drive there with another vehicle to recover it and tip that over as well -_-
Two other things:
The 19x19 truck with great traction and good fuel economy that has the super low front bumper :-(
The mssion settings (that were later corrected to much lower numbers) that required 20 cabins (or something like that) that I couldn't even all fit where they were supposed to go.
Thank you for commenting!
Sorry, noticed that I mistyped. Should be 10x10 Azov 73210
you forgott crafting, tree stomps, only reaching the small trees that break from the winch, the winchable bushes on wisconsin
Sometimes simpler is better (mudrunner)
the 2nd one, I can relate to that. Accidentally having immersion mode on and having to go into settings to turn it off.
I WAS IN TOTAL PAIN WATCHING THIS VIDEO it was good
Glad you enjoyed!
This video is simply amazing, I have laughed so hard, good job good man!
Glad you enjoyed!
Got a speed limit sign post stuck in the driveshaft of my truck which I managed to wedge out using the winch after 20 mins only to run into a bush that nearly destroyed my suspension a couple of mins later. What an eventful trip that was.
Yep! Those are always stressful situations, you are lucky that you got out of that one unharmed (besides some truck damage) 😂
Returning to the rolling Loadstar saga was great
Very good - made me laugh so much! And that mud in Amur!!! I had to buy the biggest, baddest mods for that stage! Btw, when going up any icy slope just get two wheels on the grass or snow at the side of the road and you'll usually get enough grip to make it up the hill even without chains. I'm guessing you knew that but I had no issue with that slope when I did that.
Glad you enjoyed! Amur is such a pain, especially without mods. I did know about that tip just didn't do it for the purpose of the video :)
2:12 real crazy 🤣
two word: tree stumps
Please....stop.....those words..
There's nothing quite like random suspension and tire damage. I love going on a clear asphalt road just for my suspension to take 4 to 15 damage every now and then for no reason
excellent editing and choice of music
Thank you!
Yukon gives me ptsd I ain’t even complete a single world objective
The most painful thing is:you keep trying your best to get unstuck but it just gets worst when is too late for you to attach winch and then.............. Stuck.
2nd painful thing:ask to the azov 64131 with the RANK 13 MUDTIRES WILL BE UNLOCKED.
3rd:is same like first but moving. Your having a best day in sr driving in the road and the task is easy azov 64131's turning radius (the more you keep your wheels on the same place, the more it digs through the mud)
Taking the carrier rocket carrier from Northern Aegis Installation through the mountain cut backs.
Hated that.
I like this game. I'm also a bit of a masochist 😂
the part when a tree get inside de articulation of articulated vehicles
Oh yes 🙂 Guess all of us experienced such pain.... i can remember that ive started late at night a tour with the biggest trailer for a oil rig map (year 1) but missed a detail (was tired) and towed that thing through 3 (!!!!) maps though places which was a hell but after nearly whole day (in total, with breaks) ive mananged to arrive at the destination🤣🤣🤣🤣
And the "shortcuts" are ALWAYS a trap 🤣🤣🤣
Yes that's true! Thank you for commenting!
The most relatable video doesn’t exi-
The one with the load star was what I did the exact same
1:00 devs be like: he-he, fun
AND THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE!
Hahaha!!😂 This video is SPOT ON! Great useage of music😅
Glad you enjoyed
My biggest pain
Tipping over
Getting stuck
Skill issue
Hit a pole going top speed in the twinsteer the other day. Flew twenty feet up and back, hit the ground only to suddenly violently flip over, then essentially exploded as everything broke.
Yeah that sucks had that happen a few times too :(
Excellent music choice!
Thanks!
That Video hurts but Hit the true😅
I never ran out of fuel somehow
Left out those damn invisible walls
I like how it’s snow runner’n the whole appeal of the game was that there was going to be snow and new physics over mud runner but the snow maps are literally the worst, most annoying part of the game 💀
On the one where you where slipping on the ice road you should have gone to the left to grip onto the snow
Man you made my day! XD
Glad you enjoyed!
i learned to close and relaunch application on mistakes😂 easier
what makes me laugh is the pebbles that destroy your suspension
I love this game so much but good God does the game turn into Dark Souls from time to time.
I was driving the international scout 800 around on coop and a friend and i fell off a rock in just the right way so i stalled by sitting on my front grill
That always happens to me with the Tatarin
You forgot the million physics explosions and your trucks, trailers and task trucks getting stuck in the air or getting spread across the whole galaxy as one thin line when they are up in the sky an you are unable to recover them from there.
Thanks for commenting!
fitting song! dovregubbens hall
Dont forget the tree stubs
I went through the pain of not knowing you can't get water from the water towers in season 9 on Hard Mode. It only works on a non-hard-mode save slot 🗿
then what the fuck is the water tower even there for!?
@@Dat-Mudkip To deliver water to the burnt Warehouse's & railroad station for the firefighting contracts

فيديو رائع 👏🏼
Yes it is way thru pain but I love this game anyway
Hahahahaha this is marvelous!
hahaha, i hope they make snowrunner 2 better, because it would be a decend game
I think Expeditions is next in the series.
The game should be really called winch simulator. It’s painful how much you have to winch to go anywhere.
It's only worse when you decide to play hard mode or just no mods. With stock trucks without touching the dlc free vehical.
The Pedo Pascal crying meme sums up this video perfectly. Absolutely brilliant.
Glad you enjoyed!
Me
Guard rails
770 mission
Running out fuel.
Rolling twinsteer
Heading ti the drop off instead pickup.
I can contine
So typical of snowrunner
I just got this . Swear I almost had an aneurysm. Hours and hours and hours for very little progress lol . The start is a bitch .
Amur...1st time in normal mode - that was hard. now I'm playing hard mode and finishing yukon... and I'm not so sure if doing amur in hard mode is something I'd like to do to myself :/
Yeah it can be frustrating sometimes, especially in hard mode. I still haven't touched Amur on hardmode :P
A little tip for beginners: dont put lifted suspensions on tall trucks, they will roll over very very easly
Good point!
i did all of of these
My most recent experience is the entire Russian map everything about it I quit it today got my upgrades and packed up and left it’s not worth the trouble I almost stopped playing the game all together it’s that nerve racking to me
Really great video, all tho makes a little bit mad about all those things happaned.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Part 2 please
Just uploaded!
Makes me feel a bit better about my experiences..... not much though 😅
Hahaha very good video 😅😂😂
30 kmph in Snowrunner = 300kmph in NFS game
Full size trucks getting stuck on a tree branch like physics be dammed this branch will stop your truck
That's so annoying!
what was the truck at 1:59

Thank you for commenting!
it should have possibility to repair same portion of road..is borring to spend a lot of time over and over again on the same section of road
Is there a good reason to use the bandit?
I think it's fun to use, and can do the crane + bed + trailer combo. Apart from that, not much
Phase 4 was the worst. it made me quit Snowrunner for over a year
1:15 здесь можно было по снегу проехать
Amur and more Amur...
Mistaking Vehicle Spareparts with normal Spareparts...
But you got them from somewhere with a limited amout availabul....😑
That's a pain!
Loss of all traction at 30mph. Even with modded tires that have 100% everything grip. That is the only reason I quit the game.
I bought Plitch and use cheats for Unlimited fuel. Fuel consumption in this game is absurdly bad, im not spending 75% of gameplay running fuel trucks
Love the video but don't look at me when you decided not to run chained tires...
that nice easy bit of snow on the side though...
