It was a massive major hit that event. I thoroughly enjoyed it especially at the very end when Dr. Berry said some thing about having diarrhea after gallbladder surgery. I had mine in 1991 I don’t really remember having that problem until I started Splenda in 2003 and have it had issues ever since even though I gave it up years ago. It just put for me the last 21 years together. Carnivore has helped me heal that issue and so many others

I have HEDS and going carnivore has helped me manage my chronic pain without opioids for the past 5 years. Was on high dose opioids, and sedative to sleep at night? For over 20 years. Will be celebrating 5 years off opioids and sedatives next month. I wish I knew about the impact of diet when I first became symptomatic of HEDS at the age of 19. I would have avoided so much do the joint and brain damage that I know have.

Arm flaps cure, Shawn Baker's challenge, 100 pushups a day for a month. If you can only do 5, do 20 sets, spread throughout the day. If you have to start from your knees instead of you toes do that. I wish I had measured before I started, I swear I gained an inch around my upper arms in less than 2 weeks. I am not now nor ever have been athletic, really. Past retirement and just stunned how well this works. Just low carb(less than 100 total a day), 140 gram protein, and 1800 cal. 6 hour or less eating window.

On carnivore my leg cramps didn’t go away until I started supplementing with potassium. I started taking a few pills each meal. I do believe eating too my salt caused me to drink too many fluids and pee out too much potassium. Also I think too much caffeine contributes to diuresing potassium and leads to cramps. That worked for me anyway!

All the other Dr's online posts just say that it is possible to do Keto/Carnivore after surgery....no one mentions the poops. 7 years later I poop 2-8 times a day...I know where every bathroom in town is.

Someone asked a question about Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. When I was sick I found a gal named Ribeye Rachel who has EDS and is healing with the lion diet, now carnivore. She first turned me on to meat eating and then I found your video on Fibromyalgia being related to insulin resistance. I was experiencing the loose clicking joints, my shoulders were popping in and out, neck unstable causing issues with my spine, ankles rolling, wrists, and knees. I felt like my connective tissue was dissolving. Anyway, just wanted to say that people are having success with this diet for connective tissue disorders that are supposedly genetic.

I broke my fast at 7:0 AM with 6 eggs and a tablespoon of butter and a 1/3 pound of beef. I then had a coffee with another egg and tablespoon of butter. As far as salt, I thought I was getting enough. I have since found that I needed to increase it. Sometimes I need more than 10g of salt a day. I normally need a minimum of 7g. Of course, I tend to drink a good amount of water so that increases the salt requirements.

If your eating beef and beef liver then you shouldn't be anemic. Also, if your hemoglobin is low it may not be due to an iron deficiency but due to iron dysregulation. If you are low on copper then your body can't make ceruloplasmin which is needed to regulate iron. Beef liver is high in bioavailable copper. Taking zinc supplements can cause a copper/zinc imbalance as well.

I'm not on carnivore diet. I eat from all food groups, meat, dairy, veggies, fruit & grains. That's what my body prefers. On another youtuber channel there were testimonials that being on carnivore diet (if ideal for one's body) improves eyesight. Caveat is that you can't consume caffeine. Hmm. So I wonder if Ken gave up his caffeine drink, his vision would improve so that he no longer needs to wear glasses. Would be an interesting experiment!😉

Second thank you do very much for you integrity and heartfulness. Your warmth and sincerity are clear and appreciated.
I have 2 questions: 1. I can’t yet shake yet the mental programming Re: the danger of cooked fat. I’m on carnivore 6 weeks now and loving it. Immediate amazing breathing relief from copd. I seek your intuitive view of cooked fat knowing what heat does to the bonds of the molecules. Does heat hydrogenate and make those bonds indigestible and dangerous even in the absence of carb and sugar???? Appreciate both you personal view and any studies you know of.
    2. I know if a product (reverses arteriosclerosis) and patented device which measures Endothelial disease progression non invasively (camera sub lingual). I seek your interest in these 2 to make both more widely known.

Dr Berry has a playlist for diabetics as well. Honestly, just listen/watch his videos, take notes if you can, and implement his strategies. It can seem overwhelming, but if you stop, breathe, relax and think to how your great-grandparents ate it was opportunistic and instinctively. ❤😊

The full carnivore made me extremely ill. my blood work was bad, so I am now on a modified version of the keto diet. We will see what my blood work is.

How much "bacon grease" do you two each, eat daily/weekly?
I mean, when one makes bacon daily (like me), I pour a large amount into a glass olive jar....but find...I hardly use it after doing so
Do you or others,..."perhaps spoon out a tablespoon...and just eat it?"
I mean I put some on my eggs each morning or butter as well. Can't seem to use all my "grease effectively".
    Give me some ideas readers.

I'm loving eating carnivore just not losing weight 😔 I have well over 100lbs to lose and I've lost only 6 in a month. I am trying to add in fasting but really struggling with it at this time.

I would suggest you get your hormones checked. Make sure you are eating enough calories as well. Sometimes our body stalls because we aren't feeding it enough. Feast and fast.

I "DID" order my copy and got the PDF file but cannot WAIT to get the actual 'book' itself!!! I have not printed it off, it's 78 pages, if I remember correctly??? I prefer the actual paperback version which I am soooo HAPPY it'll be here in just a FEW weeks!!! Yayay!!!! I'll read it, already have a little, and take it with me to my Dr appt in mid-October!!! I'll blow her away!!! Lol!!! I "DO" feel like I am a "problem patient" for her! She gets SO frustrated with me when I bring MANY things up, including blood work! I WISH I COULD "fire her!!" I am STUCK!!! I cannot fire her....my insurance!!! Arghhhhh!!!! She does NOT back my choice of my lifestyle of eating the Proper Human Diet, so we definitely BUTT HEADS!!!!! She REFUSES to run specific blood tests including follow-up testing to my POSITIVE ANTI-TPO ANTIBODIES my Neurologist found!!!! Grrrrr! So.....THIS BOOK WILL force her to run the tests that NEED to be done!!!!
Thank you guys for getting the physical copy of the book out to us ASAP!!!! It's more professional than my printing it out on my printer! MAYBE my Dr (physician assistant - I've NEVER seen the actual Dr she works under! Pathetic!!!!) will be more OPEN to running the tests I need since I'll have everything in black and white AND backed by another MD!!! Thank you, Dr Berry!!!! And of course, Kim Howerton!!!!! This book WILL help us ALL!!! And I HOPE it influences Dr's out there practicing medicine the WRONG way into doing things the RIGHT way!!!!
Knowledge is POWER in our hands!!!!! Yayayayay!!!!!
