- The Russian defence ministry said its forces “liberated the village of Kyslivka in the Kharkiv region” and “Novokalynove in the Donetsk People’s Republic.” Ukraine's parliament voted for a law that would enable some prisoners to fight in the armed forces, three lawmakers said. Russia launched 55 missiles and 21 attack drones at Ukraine overnight, Kyiv’s air force said, adding it intercepted 39 missiles and 20 drones. Meanwhile, Polish border guards said they have detained a Russian deserter who illegally crossed into Poland. The UK raised tensions with the Kremlin saying it would expel a Russian defence attache for being "an undeclared military intelligence officer".

I think the prisoners could be effective, like Wagner was, the only problem with Wagner is they were run mostly by prisoners and they weren’t under rule of Russias military, so if Ukraine doesn’t give them authority, misses them with other troops, and tells those troops that aren’t prisoners who the prisoners are, so they know to keep an eye on them to make sure🤷♂️
