- Ukrainian forces claim to have destroyed the Russian Black Sea fleet minesweeper, refuting Moscow’s earlier claim of having repelled strikes on Crimea. "Last night the Ukrainian Defence Forces destroyed the Russian Black Sea Fleet's Project 266-M Kovrovets minesweeper," Ukraine said. The Russian Foreign Minister said Moscow won’t view Western European countries as partners again for “at least one generation”. Russia’s defence ministry claims to have downed 57 drones over its Krasnodar region and three drones over Belgorod Oblast. Russian airstrikes killed at least five people in an overnight attack on the Kharkiv region on May 19.

Kiev's attacks on the refineries automatically count as terrorism because the use of ball cluster munitions clearly targeted civilian personnel. As some munitions 'cassettes' have timers we may deduce that this is a double terrorist act. Fortunately, the refineries within range are automated and use few personnel. They have solenoid valves to cut off flow in and out which means that only produce in a damaged section is lost or recycled. All have dousing systems and X-ray CCTV to examine damage and this will have revealed the timed cluster elements.
Zelenskyy talks of Russian personnel losses but the UDF loses over 150 per day and there is no medevac. Russia's attacks in the buffer zone and occasional high building anti radar missiles are designed to to slice like slicing an egg with least debris fall. There is plenty of footage showing the technique.
Chasiv Yar is under total Russian fire control and UDF soldiers are surrendering.
Refineries are a military target. And as you say, largely automated so very few personnel endangered.
If you are interested in terrorist attacks, try looking at all the ruSSian attacks of civilian areas of Ukraine.
