Hi! It all depends what you are looking for!
Each job can be a bit different depending on the company... for example: a youth staff on a Disney ship is much different than one on a Norwegian ship.... and some companies are only based in specific locations....For example: Carnaval is mainly in the Caribbean , so the majority of your contracts will be in that location.
There can be a lot of variables...
Is there something in particular you are looking to do or get out of the experience?

Hi! If you already know you want to work on cruise ships, I recommend looking into different cruise companies and finding one that you would like to work for based on factors such as; the ship itineraries/ports of call, how big the ships are in their fleet, the expectations they have for their staff, how they treat their staff, ect.... Then go to each of their staff hiring pages and see what jobs are available.

@@risktaker6201 Hi. For working on cruise ships, I recommend directly applying to the job through a cruise ship company's website. For example, if you go on Norwegian cruise line's website and go to their job page, you can directly apply there. I do not know of any agencies that place workers on cruise ships. While I am sure there are some out there, I do not know of any that place UK workers specifically.
If you are looking to work in Alaska at a fish processing job I recommend using the website coolworks to see what you can find, or just googling "fish processing jobs in Alaska" and directly applying. I do not personally know of any agencies that place people from the UK in jobs in Alaska.
