Ive searched all these sites and cant find anything in Mexico or south american withou bachelors. Blows my mind all the people talking about countries you can teach wo a degree. But it seems to be impossible to actually find a job. Ive looked for hours. Either volunteering positions or need a degree.

Yes, it can be SUPER frustrating finding opportunities to teach without a degree if you are not looking for volunteer opportunities. Which is strange because, for the most part, it doesn't matter what TYPE of degree you have as long as you have some sort of TEFL certificate.
The only non-volunteer programs that I know of, where you get paid and can teach without a degree, is in Spain. However, in those programs you are not the teacher, but the teacher's assistant.
I do have this category on my list of topics to research and I'll let you know if I find anything that may help!

@@storzbickel4328 Hi again! So, I did manage to find one other program. It is with a company called Green Heart Travel and it is a program in Myanmar. You do not need a degree of any kind. The downside is that you do have to pay for the placement. However, it does look like you end up earning that money back because you do get a monthly salary. They have all the information you need on their website, to see if the pros out weight the cons for you.
Hopefully your research its working out a bit better than mine at this point!
