Mints have always been calming and flow-inducing for me.. however some fragrances are so nice they become distracting-- reminds me of trying to use hard drugs as productive boosters! Lol

The Zen of olfaction. Interesting. BTW, do you subscribe to any academic journals on the topic, or were the articles gleaned from books? I only subscribe to Nez, which is hardly scientific, and I keep meaning to search out a good journal to keep up with the latest research.
