TMI, I finally took myself off my depression meds. Food tastes so much better. I'm trying out foods I never would have thought about trying. I'm roasting these now, but Lady, you are awesome. You're down to earth presentation, laughter, and just all around being made me say I love her!!. Not really, but you know 🙃
They're almost ready. Let's see if I'm adding something new to my taste buds.

I asked the staff @ Longhorn how they cook them - they literally just put them in the deep fryer, and then add a honey/butter seasoned ball that is pre-made - mix it together until the ball is melted and sprouts covered and serve.

If you smash the sprouts with a flat bottomed glass after pre-cooking them they get SUPER crispy. Get some Franks sweet chili sauce to dip them in or you can take the sprouts out 3min before done, add the sweet chili sauce and return to oven for the last 3min. 😋💖💛💚💙💜

Have made your recipe 3 times now, I could eat it everyday! Thanks for making the video. The last time I turned the broiler on for 2 minutes before taking them out, gave it a bit more crisp! Will continue to do that

I just made these tonight, and they turned out great! The cooking method for the sprouts was a huge boost compared to how I used to make them.

Pro tip. Preheat the pan with the oven. Then place the sprouts flat side down it will get better char/chrisp on them. There is still a flavor missing, I think it may be the flavor of butter they use but still yummy!

Firstly, great job on the video! Your personality made the video a lot of fun to watch. The fit and finish of the video was also well done, add some music and I could see this being on a cooking channel. Keep making videos!

For sprouts or anything this big, halve or quarter them before blanching. A 5-min. blanch doesn't infiltrate 3-4 dense inches. Also, I prefer un-blanched, it just makes them soggy and takes more time for them to caramelize.

I love Brussels sprouts just steamed with butter & cheese. This is as delicious! P S. They aren't baby cabbages. They're a vegetable in their own right in the cabbage family.

I made the recipe and it was very delicious and very close to the Longhorn taste. My sauce did get very runnny once the hot sprouts got mixed in and thinned it all out. I might just drizzle next time onto the crispy sprouts.

Yes, and whether you cook them and put a sauce on them or put nothing on them, they are still insanely delicious. I personally would not put a parchment on the pan, heat the pan in the oven while it is heating, and cook the sprouts cut side down in olive oil until they get nice and brown, then toss them in the sauce or just drizzle it on each portion if you want less. Not using the parchment will make the pan a bit harder to clean, but it will allow your sprouts to brown. Harder cleaning is a small price to pay for the flavor you'll get. Just my .02 cents.

Pretty tacky to be begging for pots from the viewers. Im sure you can afford them. 🙄

Shes asking for pot companies to offer her pots and she can make advertisements for them at the same time. She's not begging from viewers to give her pots..
