Great podcast. I find myself sensitive to smelling things and sounds around my environment before my parents, friends or peers do. what is this mean as I age? I'm just 41, turning 42 in January.

I dont know if this is you or not but I'm telling u bc I've been searching for answers for a couple of years. My smell sensitivities have been wrapped up in mold exposures but I also had major family stresses, jab, and menopause within the last four years. The mold issue took some figuring out. I have started with juniper air filters to see if I can get some relief

She is in Peri... stop lying to her. Most women nowadays are in peri by 40/41. Due to the xeno estrogens in our environment. The stress the lack of nutrition. Women running around working. Birth control pills. Also no children. So you have numerous cycles month after month. And peri can last 10-12 years.

@@jessicahitchens6926 but how do I know if I’m in the early stages of perimenopause? This isn’t clear to me at all.

Toxic meds long term will throw you into premature ovarian insufficiency. I'd look at the pill as well..
