I use cheap ziplock sandwich bags and a magic marker to identify all the screws and things as they come off so I know where they go on reassemble.
How to restore ATV plastics to look like new without sanding!
You need the following.
Paint thinner
Boiled linseed oil (must be boiled)
3 cups paint thinner
2 cups boiled linseed oil
Apply to three time to make four wheeler Plastics look good
Like New...
With plastics off it looked like a machine from that movie mad max!

Great video, Louis. Can't wait for more. It was my day off today. Working on my 1995 Polaris 425 Magnum 4x4. Got into the shop today and installed my new camshaft and rocker arms and adjusted my valve clearance. Lots more to do, but that was my biggest job to tackle on this bike. Looking forward to having a good reliable rig.

If you want to get rid of some rear fender flares, I’d be glad to buy them. I’ve got a 95 2WD I’ve been cleaning up and could like to add the flares to it
Tuesday I bought one for 600 bucks top end rebuilt and could use tires and a rack been through a lot but u can’t beet those old things
Best atv ever made. Most of my family owns one, I bought one myself about 6 months back, completely stock and barely been rode for $1900, well worth the money. Only thing I want to do to it is put a snorkel on it and paint all the metal bars, and put led headlights in. Besides that its phenominal. Mine is a 2000 model and was garage kept its whole life. It dont look as new now lol. How hard is it to install a Snorkel kit, and much would it cost to get someone to install it.

Back in Jan 1999 i purchased a new green 300 4X4 for $7500CDN taxes in(New TRX420s are the same price if you shop around)but i noticed(six months before) there were these red trx300s with more aggressive rear tires,speedo,horn,and factory installed cooling fan.Seems these were Australian models being sold by honda canada for the same price as my own.Wish i kept mine but those Aussie models were something else...

What do u recommend for rust in the gas tank? I got a 1994 honda 300 4x4 from a field it was sitting for 2 years and I'm rebuilding the whole thing motors good frames good that's about it.
i usually just use vinegar. put it in rhere for a few hours and then neutralize the tank with baking soda and water. rinse with gas then fog the inside of the tank with sone type of oil before it gets rusty...and itll rust right away with the vinegar.

Hi i have a question i just started a restoration on a honda fourtrax that's been setting out in the hash weather for 5 years i couldn't take care of it because well the thing is my grandfather died 5 years ago it was his for years but me and my grandmother fought over who would get it (he did not leave a will) so we agreed after im 18 i can have it but it just sat there all this time i want to so this for him i was going to name can you request me some things
