She will never now perform a concert in the UK and even if she were to do so, I would be unable to afford a ticket. What an amazing talent from a truly beautiful lady.

Because she respected not only the sound of her voice but also her fans . . . she retired, at the top of her voice and let the recordings speak for themselves. Streisand should have done the same!
I'd say her voice has deteriorated in some respects, but I wouldn't say she strained. Her voice just doesn't have the same quality despite her technique being impeccable.

Her voice is still incredible. I hear only minor changes in 2023. I’m thankful she continues to sing for the world.
