i like to just do the best i can and not count treads ..it gives the alinement shop a work out !!!
Hahahaha I’m all about making the alignment shop warm their keep 😂😂
Greatly appreciated video man. Well explained and spoken out ❤
Your video helped remind me how to do these, quick, thorough. Threw a 5.0 front sway bar on & changed my oil while it was in the air. Great job, thank you. My boy Blue rolling like a top again.
Great vid!
Good video man. Well spoken, easy to follow.
Thanks for the feedback!!
Thanks for the video. I’ll be trying this on my 86 mustang.
I just did ball joints and inner and outers on my 93 GT. Was all original. Got it aligned and the thing drives like brand new. What a difference!
About to do the same
Great how to vid!! Really looking forward for some ride along vids with the new setup..
I bought all the same Moog parts. Thanks for the video.
Awesome! My stuffs been great so far! Thanks for the comment!
Great video , why did you stop making them ?
Fingers crossed hopefully this fixes that vibration issue you've been having!!
Thank you! I hope so too!! That would make this all so nice it’s really been bugging me ! But I’m redoing alll the suspension components up front so IT WILL get fixed! 😤😂
Great video! Thank you!!
If theres fluid in my boot is the rack bad
Great job on video! Nice and informative 👍
Thank you!! Sorry for the late response I just saw this!
I've got a 90 mustang gt and the passenger tie rod end doesn't want to come out. I've tried hammering, lube, hammering the castle nut, heat, hammering a punch in the center of the bolt, 3ft pry bar, pickle fork, 5ft pry bar and nothing worked so far. Looking for a special tool tomorrow after work.
Holy crap !!! So the castle nut is rusted on??? Or the end won’t separate from the spindle??
@@iamchazhaynes7074 Tie rod end would not separate from the spindle. I've got it apart now. It took my air wrench, a tool from a box store and an adapter that allowed my air wrench to hook to the box store tool to get it off.
Oh my goodness!! That sounds like a massive mission Im glad you got it figured out!
Did you do the upper and lower ball joints? Will you do a complete video on putting air in a tire like 30mins long or longer so that it will really sink in how to do it 🤣😂😜 nah man im kidding 🤣😂 there's some that may need it 🤣 good how to video and yeah you're going to want your front end parts solid with the added horsepower you got from the airfilter you got on Ebay 😜 It's going to be a beast when you get it finished up and I can't wait until I get to take it for a spin for the first time 😉🤣😂🚗💨💨💨💨
The Nagasaki noise maker makes the whole car feel like a rattle can 😂😂 so I definitely need the suspension beefed up 😤 hahaha I honestly just wanna drive it 🥲 stupid old car problems keep killing me ive literally been day dreaming at work about driving it and racing people it’s all I think about 🥲
@@iamchazhaynes7074 🤣😂 I thought I was the only one who dreamed all day about racing ppl at work, that is literally all I think about or talk about at work and I know that the guy that works for me is sick of hearing about my car but I can't help it then I see all these cars that are trying to be fast and I just want to show them up and wished I was on my car so that I can blow the doors off so it will embarrass them, I actually was on a minivan one time and saw a ragged out Honda that thought he was fast , every redlight he would take off wide open like he was racing but nobody was racing him so i finally got beside him at a redlight and I was just acting normal when the lights turned green i took off and spun the tires a little bit but i was gone and I could hear him giving it hell trying to catch me but he just kept getting smaller and smaller in the rearview mirror 😂🤣 he didn't have anything for the minivan so I think it embarrassed him because the next light he took off slow like normal and the next 1 as well 😂🤣 after that I lost track of him because he was driving really slow then 🤣😂
Fox body mustangs do not have upper ball joints, just the lowers.
@@joelbreuker981 I think 79Beans is joking around lol 😆
@@joelbreuker981 yeah I know that ,I don't know why i put uppers in there, I guess because the one im working on does but yeah I wish I had struts instead of the uppers
You where suppose to a little grease on the inside that dust boot.
Hmm I haven’t heard that on the tie rod myself I read that they were pre-greased and to just fill the end up with grease until the boot swells a little? I know for the ball joint you put a little grease on there so the boot will slip on easier since it’s such a PITA to get on lol but I mean more grease is always the answer IMO
@@iamchazhaynes7074 It's to help keep the ball socket portion of the inner tie rod lubed because that's where all the movement is.
Oh got it! My bad I thought you were talking about the outer end. That would have helped thanks for the tip I might take the boot off and put a little extra grease in there!
They're greased on the back side of the ball.
