This meal is more oriented to 'Gimmicks' than gastronomy...
I don’t believe EMP promotes themselves as a gastronomic focused restaurant but rather in highlighting and showcasing vegan food in a new light. Though I hope you still enjoyed and have a great day!

Yep the restaurant changed to a fully vegan menu a few years ago - there is no meat on the menu anymore. Still a great experience! Thanks for watching, hope you enjoyed!
