That car in the future will be timeless in my opinion. The sound is phenomenal and I am so happy to see that it do the one thing it is meant to do - being driven rather than staying kept in a garage collecting dust.

I know this is hailed as the last hurrah of the naturally aspirated manual supercar before electric takes over but I honestly think this is the return of such cars as turbos and dual-clutch will become obsolete instead and people will demand cars like this more.
We all liked the performance and the sound from the T50. However, the 3.99L engine is developed by Cosworth. One can order one from cosworth stick in your beloved Mustang too if one choose. That engine is NOT UNIQUE to Gordon Murry‘s T50. However, one can not purchase a 6.5L NA V12 from Ferrari. That is the difference between buying a Ferrari vs a T50.
The fan intake or outlet wicked cool in the back. I love the clam shell engine bay cover reminds me of the mongoose a, the predecessor to the Pantera. That engine sounds HEAVENLY. That will be missed when every car is an EV. This thing is tiny compare to Aventador
I really wish people would stop praising Gordon Murray for this car. Its a 2022 McLaren F1. There no new design in this car at all. So please stop saying how great he is for this car. He definitely a very intelligent brilliant man and done countless things for motorsport but not for copying something he made in the 90’s.
I like the way they put the driver's seat in the center of the cockpit rather than off to one side. This is something I've always wondered why they don't do with Le Mans cars, but I guess it has something to do with the homologation rules.
Pure sound perfetion! T50 sounds better than the F1s driving behind it in the tunnel... and no fake cracles, pops and bangs etc. of the 'modern' supercars.
Appreciate the mechanical brilliance behind this car, and the nostalgia it brings with it from the Mclaren F1, but it just doesnt look right. Doesnt look like a modern car or a classic, im not sure what it is about it but the car just isnt very nice to the eye. None the less it sounds absolutely incredible and can appreciate the work gone into this thing, not like i could ever afford one anyway hahah!
As animal a sound as a machine can make. For the driver, the ultimate aphrodisiac. For me, living where I live, the words, "Down on the ground!" most successfully describe my first half-hour with this car. But what the hell, it might be worth it.

Wow, crazy car... The one thing I can't wrap my head around is the Batmobile style rear end... It looks like the roof vent is pressurized... 😂 I'm assuming it's a heat extractor type deal for the motor, but it looks kind of funky- not as in cool, funky as in not quiet right looking... 🤔

If you look at any race car that's used ground effects, you'll notice along the sills they are using different methods to create a seal along the sills to create a suction or downforce to the road... I just can't imagine how that suction would be created with such high, unsealed sills bro... That's where that train of thought fell apart for me, anyway

What's weird about this car is that it can accelerate to 60 on 1st gear, but it can start from 2nd gear. That's just how light of a supercar this is.

T50 is more musical. The Valkyrie has more bass and inside the cabin it's all utter uncensored noise. This is civilized.

The fan is to do with downforce. Its like a spoiler. The F1 has a fan too but not as obvious.
