You could always toss in an extra hundred for the windows. I just raised a Customer's Price that added on nearly 3500 Square Feet to a house nearly the same size. I had no problem in raising the rate, and when she tried to discount my price, I politely stated the new rate was NON-NEGOTIABLE. This meant I was not going to continue service, her keys were separated and ready to be returned. I was willing to let her go over $10 for sheer principle of respect! She saw the light and I still work for her.

It is. In this situation, the contractor is picky and he has really good clients. The contractor don't jack up the cleaning price. The price is included in his job. The main goal is to surrender the new construction or home in an excellent shape. If you are hired by a bulk builder of course he will never pay this price

10 for new build , if it’s a old house and the window seals and screens are dirty dirty 20 because it will take longer and more product to be use .
