Hey Luke and Rihanna, I was wondering what you guys would recommend to remove the sticky stuff left behind on windows that had tape over them. Here in miami so many windows have that because people think it helps against the hurricanes lol. LOVE YOUR VIDEOS BTW!! SO PROFESSIONAL!
2 years later a reply. Lots of soapy water and brand new razor blades ..carefully .Don’t swipe blade more than 1 inch at a time if you scratch that way at least it keeps the damage at a minimum . Constantly observe how the glass is reacting to the blade . attack the very edge of the tape residue , not all of it at once, little by little it ll disappear just keep it nice and sudsy and go thru many new blades. A $5 box if blades is cheaper than paying for new glass. Of course before you even start scraping test/listen for the death rattle of the glass responding to the blade. If the glass makes that crunchy sound when running a razor over it then you’ re in it for a very long time as you re dealing with the “tempered “ sound. If you don’t know that sound is I would not do construction glass cleaning. I
I am in south Florida generally our jobs are really large 5k sq ft and up , most our jobs are really really high up like about 15ft tall sliding glass doors and about 5 ft wide and contractors are leaving a lot of gunk on it, we do post cont inside cleaning and we were doing windows but it got to be such large homes that we are not sure how to charge it
Great video! I am glad that you are talking about the scratch waivers! Each time I have used them for CCU the contractor says he has never seen one before, but they are a life saver and honestly I think the contractors take me more seriously then. Great content as always.
John Mejia I'd go with a tucker especially if you want the pole to grow with your company. My friend john Lee at wcr can get you all squared away when you're ready. Join our fourm, hes on there and I can share some link with you and find out a little bit more about what you need. lukethewindowcleaner.com/community/
John Mejia lukethewindowcleaner.com/community/ Here is the link to our fourm. Yeah a tucker carbon and a di tank should be plenty to get started. Hit me up in that fourm. John Lee is one of my close friends and a very knowledgeable guy. Been using water fed since the 80s.
Jason James well it's kinda hard to say. Join our fourm and send us some photos and I could give you a better answer lukethewindowcleaner.com/community/
Hey John, here is the link for the Pole Luke is talking about ~Jersey 862-312-2026 shopwindowcleaningresource.com/tucker-carbon-fiber-water-fed-poles.html
If you want a complete system for under $1000, you wouldnt be able to go the Tucker route, but you could make it happen if you could use DI only. ~Jersey 862-312-2026 shopwindowcleaningresource.com/xero-complete-package-soft-water-frequent-use.html

This is so helpful! So how long would you suggest for a 3x1 single storey property?
How do you go about getting post construction jobs? Do you seek them or do they seek you? Also, what is your cost per hour
Nice video guys!!! Always love the help you guys provided.
Jonathon Garcia thanks man! Always appreciate it !
Even from a walk around you don’t really know until you get right up on each window on both sides
