Fantastic points… My bid for that 1st house is $1200 Us dollars thats right.. nice clean cash… You know that great point you made about the low E Blue tint windows. Those area a real nightmare and seems like they came around and kind of disappeared ?? as I dont run into them anymore and for that I am so grateful!
I'm always surprised at how hacked-up windows are, on new-builds. Contractors need to protect them better than that, and back-charge sub-trades who damage them. It's the ONLY way subbies will respect the windows - when it hits their own pocket. Like most things in life, if there are no consequences, they won't take care
Absolutely spot on with EVERYTHING you said about the windows! I would recommend your company to all my contractors because it sucks when the sun has been drying the glue for months on the windows so I say no way to cleaning the windows. The subs on these job sites do NOT care!
They will care when they get back-charged - In most construction contracts I see, it clearly says each trade is obliged to protect the work of other trades, or get back-charged. info in this video is very good - document everything and get the General Contractor's acknowledgement of the issues, and their OK to go ahead ... if you decide it's worth the risk ;-)
Great advice. I always put everything in email, that way if anything comes back to me, I have a paper trail of proof I told them about he pre existing damage. ✌🏽
Email is probably the most sure way. I have a really good rapport with this builder for pointing out stuff like this. Saved him some serious warranty claims and customer complaints on a few occasions. Sometimes I think he uses me for free home inspections...😁
Hello, I am bidding on an apartment complex for post-construction cleaning services, however, I'm unable to clean the exterior second and third story windows. Would I just not bid on windows all together or just have a price for cleaning the inside of the windows?
Hello brother thanks for videos u are God sent to people like me what is ballpark to ask for price.on new home with all that stickers thanks just want ballpark figure

Going through a build now and it's been crazy. We went black windows and the white drywall gunk is all over them. Subs broke several windows
Great information I never thought of. You my friend are so awesome at giving out heads up. This is one of your best yet! Thank you for sharing!

Now I see why a lot of window cleaners stay away from construction cleans, and I don’t blame them after watching this video 😂
Great video! A lot of really helpful into, thanks again. BTW I love your company shirt, any chance you can tell me where you had them made?
Great info. Thanks and keep it up!

Thank you for sharing your expertise great video
What kind of rag do you use for the windows without scratching or damaging the windows? Thanks for the video!
Vinegar and water dilutes the glue on those stickers
And how much do u charge for a job like that just wondering?
You guys get alot of mortar on the exteriors due to the type of exterior brick. Do the brick layers tape off windows?
What’s a good way to get new construction jobs ?
What’s a good app to note this stuff
thank you
I was going to ask a question but you dont answer anyways....
