Chicken Breast season with:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt & black pepper
Juice of two limes
1 handful fresh cilantro
1 bag corn chips
2 cups freshly grated cheddar cheese
1 cup sweet corn salsa
1 cup black beans
French onion dip (1 c sour cream, 1 Tbsp diced onion, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp parsley)
Southwest sauce: Southwest sauce (1 c sour cream, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp onion powder, and 1 tsp garlic powder)
Chilaquiles Verdes
12 floor tortillas cut into triangles
Diced chicken
2 cups Chili Plabano Verde
8 Roasted Tomatilos
2 Roasted Plabano peppers
2 Roasted garlic cloves
1 Roasted onion
Cilantro
1/8 teaspoon cumin
⅓ cup queso fresco or cotija crumbled
Denver Broncos Football Nachos
Southwestern Green Chile & Chili con Queso on tortilla chips, topped with two chicken Tinga Taquitos, Pico de gallo and sour cream.
