For the first warm days of summer, we decided to make the Italian classic - spaghetti and meatballs! Of course, everything (including fresh pasta) is made from scratch and cooked outside. i love this channel. All other food shows make cooking seem frantic and crazy, but this guy makes it so peaceful and beautiful and brings nature back into cooking.

Oh my Gosh! This is exactly how I like my meatballs; meaty crispy and not mushy from eggs and crackers. I love💕 the sound of the outdoors and the ringing Bells and your cooking, cutting, stirring, rhythm; just soothingly lovely and no annoying voices...
Even the pricy restaurant cant make the quality food you made plus the ingredients n ambience ..almazaing :D

To be real for a minute here. This channel really made me appreciate special cheeses. They can be expensive by amount but the quality>quantity applies there. You don't need to add much strong flavorful cheese to notice it in the food. This also helps you lower the amount of fat you put into your food eventually making it healthier.

I think you forgot to mention that the cat, oil, onion, minced meat, honey, oregano, knife, garlic, fire etc were all HOME made.

Theres only one other cook that is similar to this. I dont know the name, but he's in India. He cooks in the middle of his farm, everything is pulled from the ground, water comes from a well or spring and he just sits on a low stool and cooks the finest all vegetable meals. Everything Ive seen here today (just found this guy today) is incredible : This, the Filet Mignon and the Lasagna Bolgnese. Im starving !
