Grew up with pecan trees in the Outskirts of Baton Rouge called Zachery, LA in the 60s. We called them Pacon(s). Never heard other versions til way later in life. Go figure. Those look delicious and the chocolate pecans would be my favorite. Thanks for your recipe.
