    I'm changing what I wrote, because after doing some online research, I found out what I did wrong. Don't go overboard, pressing the crust down. Barely do it. I pressed mine too much and it was hard and crunchy, which I don't like. Also, don't take the little cakes out of the wrapper, until completely cool, otherwise, the wrapper will tear the cake apart. As usual, this recipe was delicious! I've tried several of his recipes and they always turn out great. Just remember: It can be tricky making this, and takes some practice. You'll get it! This is the best cheesecake I've ever had. I also love his bubbly, easy going, and fun personality! THANK YOU Preppy Kitchen. five stars, of course! 🙂

      @@lilyleung2237 yes. I did. I saw on someone else's video (on making cheesecake), to just bake the crust at 325 for 10 minutes. I tried that, when I made another cheesecake (Preppy Kitchens wonderful recipe), and the crust turned out fabulous! Perfect. Going forward, that's the only thing I'll change from his recipe. Crust, 325 for 10 minutes only.

    AMAZING! Baked these in 4 oz mason jars (filled to the neck of jar) @325° in a water bath for 30 min (internal temp 145°). They didn't sink in the middle! Thank you for sharing this amazing recipe! 13 mini mason jars.

    We made this for my daughter’s 14th birthday last June 11th and it turned out really really good!!! Everyone loves it! We had a perfect mini cheesecakes during lockdown! No need to buy cake! Yey! Thaks for sharing this recipe, Preppy Kitchen! ❤️

    I bought myself a couple of those tiny springform pans two years ago, but was going to use them in my electric pressure cooker. Now I realize I can use them for my various cheesecake recipes, including the two no-bakes I've recently created, so thank you for mentioning them. I was about to take them to a thrift shop just because I didn't know what to do with them.
    Your cheesecake filling looks incredibly smooth and delicious, and I'm going to have to make that, along with that crust (using Biscoff cookies)....I know a group of wonderful people who will flip over it.

    I 10000000% made these and they were SO GOOD. Super easy to toss together. I was intimidated making a baked cheesecake so I thought a smaller version would be a good starting point. 10/10 hoardable snack.
    I also used a regular size cupcake tin.

      Our family is having a party. I taught our kids a long time ago even our family by itself can have a good time. So for us, it's all good. Yes it would be more fun with others but when you don't have that it is good to know it's ok. Can't wait for next year!!

    Hello John. I just made these for my mother in law’s birthday is today and she likes it a lot. I didn’t know how much sugar to put in the cream cheese filling so I just added a little bit less than 1 cup and it turned out awesome. Thanks for sharing!!

    Just made these and they look perfect! I also made the blueberry reduction that I will be spooning over the top when cooled! Cant forget your whip cream recipe too!!! I love your videos because you are very thorough with your directions I'm an over thinker so I appreciate that.     Hi John! I love your videos! Have you ever considered making a video for homemade cream cheese? It's so extra (and, I'll admit, time-consuming), but it's SO GOOD, and I bet it would be AMAZING in a cheesecake recipe!     I made these about a month ago! Just for me. Lol! So after they cooked and cooled, I placed them on a baking sheet and put them in the freezer until they were frozen. Then I put them in a Tupperware container with a piece of parchment paper between the layers. They’re phenomenal I take them out of the freezer and they are thawed in about 15 minutes or so. And they are just as good as they were when they were freshly baked! I frozen with no toppings and I am making another batch as I’m having a buffet dinner party and this would just be great! Thank you for an awesome recipe! This is a keeper!

      I keep mini cheese cake's made in that size springform pan in my freezer. I'm a nurse in long term health care and love presenting my residents with their personal birthday cake. Fun to do different toppings.

      @@curleyyyfriesxD I use 4 inch pans and have about 3/4 full. Bake 40 minutes or until the center is slightly jiggly but not wet when you touch it. Turn the oven off and leave in another 25 with the door propped open. Of course baking time depends on your oven and how much batter.

    I just put mine in the oven and they smell amazing! The only thing I had to change was that I put toasted almonds in the crust instead of toasted pecans because that's what I have on hand. I can't wait to try them!

    I made this cheesecake todayyy!!! It was amazing! I can't resist eating it after it was bake, it taste eggy when its warm after it is bake but when I chill it in fridge for an hour ish it taste soooo amazing! Will def make it again!

    Was looking for a mini cheesecake recipe to use up some cherry blossom matcha Oreos. They turned out amazing, even swirled in matcha cheesecake batter on top to create a marble effect ! Love how easily adaptable this recipe is. Thank you 💕

    I baked this recipe using Pecan Sandies (shortbread/butter cookies), and being a pecan addict, twice the pecans called for in the recipe. In short, it was delightfully creamy and amazingly delicious! The pecan cookie crust was so good with the hint of cinnamon.

    I have watched so many of your recipes for a long time, and I finally was able to make it. It was the BEST cheesecake recipe EVER. My partner and my baby who is 1 year old kept trying to eat it before they cooled down, and they loved it so much, they wanted more.       I think thats Nielsen Massy Tahitian vanilla extract, not completely sure tho

    These are amazing. If you add a dash of lemon juice to the batter and more sour cream, you’ll be in HEAVEN. Just make sure not to use too much lemon or it’ll curdle. 1 1/2 tsp max
