      It’s ridiculous to think that an attorney would allow Jessie to write a letter requesting another person to commit a felony on the back of their own trial notes in their own handwriting. Then hand deliver it to an ex con’s house. And for what reason ? As if anyone would believe “ The Tape” was authentic if the person actually went through with it. This is 100% Jessie playing games….
      She stole trial notes from her lawyers, wrote the letters on the backs of them, then asked an inmate who was being discharged to drop them off.

    This is the last ditch effort of a convicted murderer , to take down her lawyers as I believe she’s very angry about the guilty verdict and blames her lawyers for not getting her off.
    I think she’d rather stay in the jail she’s in rather than be sent to state prison. It’s a disgusting delay tactic. “If I’m going down for this, I’m taking you two with me”…… I truly believe that’s her mindset.

    • @xxnightxx3669

      I couldn’t agree with you more. She is desperate and in a panic, the murderer that is. Her entire life has been one big con after another. Her attitude during the trial was offensive. Only when she was found guilty did she shed her crocodile tears.I cannot forget the lengths she went to for the purpose of stripping the deceased of her life and everything of monetary value she could get her grimy hands on. Many times, while in jail, they will befriend an inmate who is soon to be released so she could exploit them to do their dirty deeds in the outside world. The very heart of this hearing is exactly what this convicted murderer exhibited her entire life.
      She is one of those sleazy degenerates, who when caught, will take anyone down with them that they can, taking them down in their misery. This woman is one of the worst type of people you could ever run into. They latch onto you like a parasite, take an inventory of everything you have, and begin to figure out a con they can use to take it from you.

      One small point. As a criminal defense attorney, I have NEVER seen a defendant that wants to stay in the local jail. They all want to get out of the jail as soon as possible and go to the state prison. Believe it or not, conditions are usually much better in prison rather than the jails. There is much more freedom of movement, food is better (not good, just better), there is more privacy, visits are easier and usually allow contact, phone calls are easier to make and there are classes, AA, religious services, etc. The local jail you sit around all day without any activity at all. Just wanted to point that out.

    After watching the entire trial, I think Jessy pocketed stray notes to use for this letter, then wrote the letter and mailed to her Mom for delivery to the person. Re-watch the wills/notes and instructions that were shown in trial. Most of it matches Jessy's handwriting.

      It's more likely that she gave them to someone she met in jail who was getting released. She probably thought that if she could get them for infective assistance of councils that she would get a new trail. The jokes on her all she's getting is a new attorney for her sentencing hearing and a little more time for them to get up to speed.

    Despite the very possible LWOP sentence, this letter could get Jessy MORE time - for falsely implicating 1 of her attys & attempting to get someone to commit a crime by fabricating evidence. If convicted of these charges & the sentence is to run consecutively, this would be beneficial if for some reason her murder conviction sentence is reduced on appellate reasons… she would still have to fulfill this sentence after completing the murder conviction sentence.

      Can you get more than a life sentence?

    • @SimplyLolly
      @SimplyLolly 5 місяців тому

      @@user-qg9xo3eq3l Yes. You can get multiple life sentences &/or life plus a # of years additional. Let’s say, if you get life for Count 1, 10 yrs for Count 2 & 4 yrs for Count 3… if these are to run consecutively, that’s Life plus 14 yrs - you have to finish 1 sentence (Count) before the next begins. This works great incase a life sentence is reduced (or overturned) on appeal… they STILL have to complete the remaining time on the other counts before released or eligible for parole. If you believe the defendant is absolutely guilty, you always hope their sentence runs consecutively rather than concurrently so they don’t get the chance of getting out of prison with "little" time served. HTH! 🙂

    She definitely has balls saying its the State's fault. She is the one who wrote it on her lawyer's notes making it look even worse for her attorneys' and making herself look worse because she used their notes. This woman will never take any blame for anything she does unless someone else holds her accountable.

    I guess I don't understand this idea that the state shouldn't have said anything. I'd think that officers of the court are pretty much obligated to notify the court if they become aware of someone trying to fabricate evidence to present. Maybe I'm wrong?

    It seemed rather clear that the woman from the county jail that testified on her behalf has been released. How do we know that she didn't just hand these letters to an inmate who was being released?? Attorneys aren't the only way to get contraband out of a jail. I do have a question though, say she did handle the letter to an inmate who was then released, and mailed it on her behalf, or dropped it off on her behalf. Would there be anything that could be charged against the released inmate?
