I had already read Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and it was a little bit hard for me, as a non-native English speaker. Then I started reading Lord of the Rings, and I've realized that it is harder lol (so many archaic words), so I came back to the HP series. Currently, I'm reading HP and the Order of the Phoenix. I know that I'II have to read the books 10 times or so, to be able to understand everything, however, it's okay it is part of learning a language ;)

Some of these words you just came across are already familiar to me but having them in a real context help me memorize them better. Beyond enhancing ones vocabulary, this video is also helpful to understand some of the English structures without the feeling that you are studying boring grammar lesson. I found it interesting to have fun and to study at the same time. My poor English was an obstacle to read Harry Potter in its English version, thanks to your new video, Alex, it will no longer be the case!I've been following your videos since I started learning English, but to be honest this one stands out. I think by far this was the best way to teach english. People wanna know about the situation in which the verbs can be used not just mug them up.
