Does minecraft. Does cars. Does cinematography.
I see this as an absolute *WIN*
Oooh am i the top comment yet?
@@Hyperia. yessir
But he doesnt work on his own cars.... Just takes them to shop to be done 100%...
@@DialoX probably true but u gotta also think ab how much time he doesn't have. He's always busy with Minecraft and filming that he probably doesn't have much time anyway to work on cars, which from experience I can tell you it is very time consuming. Also he did a ton of interior work on his camper van. Nothing to do with the engine but still think that's pretty cool
@@tylerscott7302 yeah, but as i car guy i could never ever think about taking my car to shop to be done 100% interiorwork is different especially because its the van. Its more of house interior work than 'car' work. But each to their own.
Wait the Moustache guy doesn't even have a moustache.
Reality is often disappointing
Basil Faraz It must be because Grian took it away again.
@@JosephRooks problably
Joseph Rooks Lol true
Basil Faraz haha
Damnit -KEVIN- *grain*
I loved this my favourite documentary so far
Vancouver Titans icon...
ImUnlord yeh. Why?
@@dukkyman2713 Nothing... the team was unstoppable until recently but with the 2-2-2 i think they might fall. :P. #ShieldsUp
ImUnlord yeh losing 4-0 as well
Mumbo: *good at redstone*
Also Mumbo: *good at real life redstone*
Me: *proud of my 2x2 door*
@Jeppe Wendel Damgaard Nielsen ikr I cry 😭
I found myself mesmerized by how raw but arty the film was, didn't have a CLUE how much effort/design goes into such a video. Recently picked up a s13 NA and have a soft spot for NAs roaring through windy roads.
Wait... Mumbo you SHOT THE RAT PACK!???!
just kidding did enjoy the vid anyway
*video demonitized*
Derpy Hen it did get demonitized
with the quality of the videos you make on both of your channels surely you should have an award by now
Was brilliant! I loved the filtered piece! I am buying that filter asap! Thanks again for the work Mate!
Great vid Mumbo! As always, your work is incredible!
Love Them Alfa Romeos. Great Videos Mumbo! Keep up the great work ;D
Legit just started to watch a minecraft video of yours then this popped up! I had to click, I'll let you know what I think of it after its done
EDIT: I love this style of video, love seeing how things all come together, I envy your equipment haha, you did answer a couple questions I had, how the cameras were attached to the car and whether the clips were handheld or not, now I know :) I was thinking and all throughout it I just keep constantly thinking your style of filming would very much suit a blacksmith themed video or anything like that. My dad is a farrier and thought it would look great (Not my dad working but something similar) if that makes sense at all :) Keep it up!
Definitely love this format alot, I love cinematography and trying to learn more and seeing your perspective on things really helps me feel inspired. Keep it up, you're doing great!
Great vid! That end bit though...hilariously good! The light knew it's cue spot on. Lol 😂👍
I love these kind of videos, really informative and interesting to see what’s is actually going on in the shots. Would love to see more of these
Loved this , cant wait for your next film
Grading is on point. Great insights man !! Lovely doco.
What an awesome video! Love the format!
That ending proves that Mumbo has special powers on his side
I'm not into cinematography but this video really had me hooked. I love the Rat Pack film and keep doing your amazing work!
Great video! The new setup looks great, really added a lot to the video!
Really liked this documentary! I'm a big fan of cars and engines, and to see this come together so smoothly was really amazing to watch! Keep up the great work Mumbo, and keep being the you we love!*
Very impressive, would love in fact more videos like this. Keep up the good work!
I really enjoy your work. Keep at it
I love this format Mumbo. Can't wait to see more of that
I loved the reaction at the end of the video. Had me chuckling for a good moment. I like these kinda "follow up" videos of you showing how you do your magic. Thank you for the behind the scenes. 😎
loved it,super good quality!!
One other thing an overcast day provides is a more even lighting, without the high contrast of three stops of difference in the light! Brilliant! Also, love your work!
Mumbo, your recording room setup looks so good!
Thank you for explaining your process for the shoot
Love the vids mumbo! Keep it up👍
Thanks for answering the audio question. The cars sounded fantastic. Good job mate.
Super talented m8, can’t wait to see more.
You know I couldn't think of anything that interests me less then cars... but damn your documentaries are great! 👌
Just the overall look and the attention to detail (filmingwise) make them really nice to watch.
You should make a documentary on old land rovers
Its amazing to see all the work that goes into a good quality video! (I just point and shoot and pray that it all comes together). The in-car driving shot explained in 4.17 really looks part of the opening scene of the Italian job, just as you planned. It there a rule when filming interviews as to where the subjects should be looking at? Final question - Is that really a wild Boars head with sun glasses on the wall of the garage? Keep up the good work.
Would love to see more “behind the scene” like videos. I enjoy your documentaries a lot and learning the process or minor details is fascinating in itself!
Luv these types of videos
You’re living the life, keep it up bro 👍
Great job! I really like the "behind the scenes" style
It really does surprise me how much work goes into these mini documentaries, but they're always awesome at the end
I love how excited and giddy you sound when you jimmy rig to get professional results. It's always nice to achieve professional footage with something as "mundane" as a c47
Amazing as always
Seriously enjoyed the Rat Pack Film! I’ve watched it a handful of times now. Pro Mist filters are amazing 👌🏻
You get to share with your audience what you love and geek out about individual parts
Saw the documentary when it first came out. I’m going to university for mediaproduction in 2 weeks so this was great! I like you’re explanitory vids on film
Yes we want to see more of that!
I am really intressted in those facts like how you did it and where you placed all the lights.
Loved the documentary
Would love to see a grade in-depth video! Love the aged / filmic look to the doc!
thanks mumbo it helps when I try to record a car, you help!
Its a real feelsbad moment when his Minecraft channel is verified but his cinematography channel isn't..
Love the vid keep it up
I love your vids mumbo
I like this format a lot
Dude! I really need to pay attention to my subscribed channels. Subscribe years ago for your Minecraft stuff (well you, Grain, Keralis and OMGChad), but as time went on I kind of stopped playing Minecraft and stopped watching, but never unsubscribed. Recently I've dived back into Minecraft and started watching again. Now I find you doing this! This is awesome! I went to school for this and work as an editor at a news station. This, as I said, is awesome! I'll have to subscribe to this channel now too!
i don’t do cinematography, or have an interest in cars, (classic or otherwise) but i found this vid interesting! good job oli
The engine sounds are gold!
The sound was amazing can't believe it was so simple.
What a beautiful film from an amazing creator😫😩
Amazing car , amazing filming , amazing people
Amazing gob!
7:37 *lol that ending* 🤣🤣🤣
Liked your choice of filters. Yes. 70s look. My prime period, cars, etc. Have two significant Alfa GTVs of then. Had more in past. Made films back then. Will more soon
mumbo: i will catch you in the next video, cya!
light: bye
Great Work
He sounds like a kid in a candy store getting to do the awesome films! Keep up the good work
Hey Mumbo! I'm not sure if you've watched 'Euphoria' on HBO.. but how they light suburban streets at night is absolutely AMAZING. I would love if you made a tutorial on how to achieve a similar look using low budget lighting. I assume it would be a challenge, because they light from so high above. But it would be very interesting and super helpful to see your take on achieving that type of night time street atmosphere. Not to mention Euphoria is the most popular show on television right now and I think the video would get a TON of views. Cheers mate. Thanks for the great content always.
Great job with The Rat Pack and also in this BTS tutorial. Good stuff.
In the case of a fuel injected vehicle, where would you suggest mics be mounted?
this was really good
That mini movie was amazing
It's kinda ironic that everyone would be here because they heard of it from his main channel. But I found this channel first after downloading Forza Horizon 3 and found it really cool.
Just bought a zoom h4n, it’s a really neat recorder, love the 4 channel mode it’s great to link up mics for overheads or ambient noises!
Best texture pack ever.
Mumbo, is that a BLUE KIWI? That’s bloody awesome.
Mumbos camera equipment is unlimited
I LOVE the sound from the alfas!
Looks fantastic, as always. My suggestion for this setup would be to throw a reflector in the right side of the frame. The level of contrast feels a bit aggressive for such an informal video.
Still though, it looks fantastic.
PLEASE MAKE A WHOLE MOVIE ON CARS!! YOU HAVE SO MUCH TALENT IN FILMING!
Those 5 people who disliked this video better count their days
I love BTS material, and your presentation here is excellent. Hope you'll give us more of this format as you put out more work.
Reallife: about car!
Minecraft: about redstone!
the like to dislike ratio is amazing and i’m so proud of you
This is my first video I watched on the filming channel and he does not look like I expected
He protecc (picture of most protected house)
He attacc (tnt cannon)
But most importantly
He filmed Rat Pack
Now you need a film for kubo
mumbo:movies
mumbo JuMbO:REDSTONEREDSTONEREDSTONEREDSTONE
I have zero idea what he's talking about, but I just like hearing him talk with such confidence. :)
I love classic cars! Just because I seen yours!!
I love the end!
Same!!!!!!
Your microphone looks so good because it is very retro
How did you do the low shots featuring the cards and the road!? Amazing stuff as always
Can we all just appreciate that the light waited for Oli to finish his video before it died?
Just to say iskalls base looks like batman make a doc about a renault spyder
Cool documentary “behind the scenes”
You need to grow a moustache irl mumbo. Both me and grian will love it
So that’s what mumbo jumbo looks like
Well friggen done me dude
Your the best film Maker!!
Mumbo in his dungeon.
First time seeing your face. I was not expecting this. Actually expected black hair and a mustache
I'm am not a car enthusiast quite the contrary actually, I like things that fly like roket and plane but I love your documantaris espetialy the cynematic aspect of them.
you could do filming for the grand tour. It was honestly stunning.
Mumbo seems like a pretty cool guy.
