I showed this video to my 84 year old grandpa who was a christian preacher for 64 years and he said these blondes were crazy. It almost made me cry when he was talking because he was talking about my grandma who passed away.

Daz's story about the man refusing help saying 'God will save me' reminded me of my coworker in the optics field telling me a story about a patient who came in with symptoms of a retinal detachment on Christmas Eve. She said to her that unfortunately we had no appointments available but she had to go straight to the emergency room because most likely she had a retinal detachment. The patient said it was Christmas Eve and that isn't how she wanted to spend her holidays, ending the conversation with "God will look after me". She came back in January and she had lost almost all of her vision in one eye.
Why do they think God created medicine and doctors? People who take religious scripture to only mean pure divine magical intervention baffle me. It rings similar to the people who "put faith in their immune systems" over science-backed interventions back when Covid was tearing through the world.

Exactly, as a Christian I have never seen God as the "end all make all giver of everything", no no, that's Santa Clause. God is, in my interpretation as a Christian, a guide, and a leader. He won't give you the world, he'll give you the tools to take it. He won't give you riches, he'll give you an opportunity at a job. People who believe he's some kind of "yes man" that will solve all your problems with no effort on your part, are not _real_ Christians, they're deluded people looking for an easy way out, and it makes me so angry.
grew up in a strict christian household. i used to beat myself up constantly for even feeling attraction to boys because of the exact message girl defined was pushing in that video. i still struggle with even allowing myself to be attracted to people years later. what a beautiful take on that, daz. will be remembering that :)

I love how Daz is incredibly respectful and he knows and understands that God works through people and events that happen around us. (14:25) I love how he talks about how a crush can end up as your husband and beautiful kids, that's exactly how God works in your life, he uses others to make your life better or maybe just make you happier or experience something you needed to. I know Daz isn't religious but i think he's really good on explaining how God is basically our answer book and that's what the bible really is our answer book on how to navigate life. Daz you were the best in this video speaking your opinion but staying respectful and understanding i feel like you helped so many young christians who watch those 2 girls truly understand how God actually works.

Daz is such a genuinely loving, understanding person. He can see both sides to an argument and doesn’t put the other person down while disagreeing with their point. Too often I think we see people treating people they disagree with horribly and sometimes inhumanely worst case scenario. But Daz is here modeling for us how to argue respectfully and rightfully, bringing the other person he disagrees with up and helping them understand why his way might be better.

Instead of getting mad at people, how about you realize that most verbal, loud, and public Christians contradict themselves, most commonly by saying things like “god loves everyone equally” and then doing things and telling people what they can and cannot have, say, or do “under god.” If you’d look hard at your religion for more than a couple of seconds you’ll realize that hostility against people just makes your religion’s already crumbling image worse. I believe In God and that the Bible is a good guide to a good life but you dont have to follow every word of it literally. People can believe in whatever they want and do what they want and still be happy.
I've never read the whole bible, I only follow bits and peaces of it that I have heard or read and I believe in those things but I don't let it take over my life and my ability to make the decisions that I want. Im happy just the way I am and im sure other people are also happy believing and doing what they want.
It's okay to love the other gender and its okay to do what makes you happy as long as it doesnt hurt others. Don't let people that hate on you get you down. Remember that you are not alone there is always someone that cares, whether it's friends or family or even someone new you've met recently. Nobody's perfect, it's what makes us different and unique. Not everyone would agree with you and you the same with them but be respectful about it and go one your way. Evolve forwards not backwards and learn from your past mistakes.

(I am a woman, in sex & gender). It's a lot more to do with psychological stuff, their attachment styles, their parents involvement in their life, and how that creates their behaviors, tbh, lusting after someone is actually a very nice feeling, it makes you all butterfly-ey and it's genuinely a normal thing to experience early teens, and some for those who develop later, even at 19 or 20, besides, the brain actually doesn't stop developing until 26, which is why there are laws on drugs & substances for certain ages, because it you do it before that age, you're brain has basically stopped growing, the neurons lose their firing connections. All very biological. I'm curious as to why people are asexual, and I'm sure it's different for the majority of them, but I've always been curious as to why people lack sexual attraction. Being gay or lesbian is actually a mutation, as our biological function is to reproduce and humans can only do this with opposite sex, (I don't have anything against LGBTQ+, its actually a fact). I can't tell if sex is overall boring for them ,if they have never had sex, (or people who are afraid of it, also known as sexual anorexia, (and those afraid of commitment and connection, like people with avoidant attachment styles, often have what is called intimacy anorexia)), if it's a dislike of the act because x, y ,z or etc. However most people I know that categorize themselves as asexual only because they haven't tried it, or had a very bad experience. Thus I often suggest trying it first, because many people in therapy do trace back to certain memories, and without having tried it, they never knew it was actually comforting, or supposed to be more intimate than what you see in modern day porn. T
Hence, these girls are very religious, and seem to have their BS kind of backwards. Usually this is a normal thing for women, it gets them very excited to feel like they are "in love" when" it is simple lusting, which is actually why I dislike the idea of love. People change all the time and the majority of the time, not into the right kind of people, or doing the right kind of things. Growing up in my family, genuinely our version of loving each other was false love, everyone pretended everything was fine when I was actually surrounded by gaslighters, narcissists and very lazy/neglectful parents- however I have to give my mom more credit because she had always been busy with work, despite that though, there was a perfectionist side to her, and it made me very anxious to walk around her, (was like stepping on glass around her). Not only inwards I do not enjoy love but also outside, I find it overrated and occasionally even underwhelming. Depending on which country you live in, (like America), the majority of people are extremely fake, and now having done lots of studying and researching into psychology and abnormal psychology, I now realize when people lie, or try to manipulate, which is pretty much most of the time, especially passive aggressive men. Love is essentially for those willing to commit, and those I personally believe are blinded by the inability to experience many more things, or to be able to get out and about without feeling bored. For the past two years I have been very bored in dating, and meeting new people, they lie, try and manipulate, gaslight, or just act very improper or immature for their age, but since trying to get out more, and experience things without people, I have learned that I was really only enjoying "crushes" because I was simply lusting for excitement, not even love or romance, which is basically dead nowadays.
I just love how Daz can make both sides happy for example he gives atheists and christians satisfaction in his awnsers and opinions. Like he said he doesn't hate religion, he hates how people abuse it. I'm Christian and i totally agree that having a crush isn't evil, God gave us thesr feelings and also the story about the boats, miracles can come from earthly stuff too. I haven't watched a Daz video where he doesn't make my day happier and doesn't make me laugh. Daz is amazing.

See, I grew up in a very Christian home and still am, and i use to go to youth group at my families church. And i looked up to this one leader, and she taught me this SO many times. And i recently have been realizing that the religion my parents believe and that a lot of the people in my town follow and believe is so so so wrong. Now that im able to see new views I have realized that the Christian religion has become super twisted and its quite sad. I was really hurt that my youth leader felt that way, she also taught me other messed up stuff. As a Christian(since the age of seven) and a Daz fan for a couple of years now I'd like to throw in a small biblical detail....Adam...Eve...first man and woman ever, God basically made them for each other....these ladies are just crazy. Also, Daz is always great with understanding and being respectful to everyone as much as he can which I truly appreciate.

But many look to the surroundings because God works through others most often. Sweetheart I get the vibe ur atheist, which is fine I don’t judge as some of my best friends are in-fact atheists, but they understand and respect religion n realize that the media likes to prey on Christianity by focusing on the few who have twisted Gods message for their own ideals. Please. Educate urself on Christianity and Catholicism. I’m not asking u to convert just to educate urself so u can have a better understanding of the ppl around u who are of those faiths and not embarrass urself with such ignorant comments.
