As for me, I don't listen at all and just try to deduce the answers by looking at the questions. Sometimes, I get high scores, sometimes I get very low scores, lol. But hey, at least I always pass.

You need more than just 2500 elo to be a grandmaster, some masters get to 2600 and still do not get the title of grandmaster, its not just about rating.
