Sometimes? Are you a new fan? Amy’s scamming aside, she has tried so hard to be a better person and honestly is a sweet person with a big heart. She does so much for Tammy and always has. Tammy has a bad attitude and speaks to people like dirt. She puts on a baby voice when she wants something or wants sympathy. She’s a very different person to Amy. It’s obviously due to the struggles she has because of her weight but Amy was never that nasty. There comes to a point where she can’t get away with being so wretched to everyone. Some of the spitefulness has been caught on camera and it blows my mind after everything Amy has does for her. We can but hope to god that she finally does what she needs to and loses the weight. She did apparently lose enough but gained it all back and even blamed it on Amy and Michael for not being supportive enough.

I've always loved Japanese Nori, but then I tasted Korean Nori (Gim) seasoned with Perilla or sesame oil and sea salt, and OMG it's every bit as addictive (and crunchy!) as potato chips. A little single serve package of Gim and a bowl of hot sticky rice is some serious comfort food. ;3
Some will disagree with you as she has been mean to her sister but I see it the way you do.... she has her sweet moments too and I can tell Amy means everything to her and vice versa. When I see Tammy being mean to her sister I realize that she has been caught up in a pattern of blaming others and it’s hard to break old habits even mental ones like that.... she needs more time than Amy “to get with the program”because that past behavior has been so ingrained in her. I also see a very hurting person who has been systematically abused by the mother and those haunting voices repeat her in her head from the past and then she goes online and sees people saying the same nasty things her mother would say to her! That’s a lot of emotional trauma she is dealing with! Like you I am rooting for her it’s just going to be tougher road for her to travel!
Tammy you go girl get you some good food to help you burn calories if anything walk just a little bit then sit back down then walk a little bit and sit back down I used to be 487 lb and now I'm down to 309 it's going to be hard it's going to hurt just do what you can at a time and try to set goals and say okay I'm going to do 15 Steps today then tomorrow I'm going to do 20 steps and they just keep going in building your body up from there and you can sit and do exercises some lady taught me that because she saw I was real overweight and said she was way heavier than me she's sitting down to lift her legs up put them back down lift one leg up put it back down and keep doing that and lifting your arms up put it back down just do what you can eventually you're going to start losing weight and build up your strength trust me I've been there almost completely immobile in bed all the time I was

If you go in with a negative attitude the food will taste bad. Telling yourself, "I won't like it", "I hate it", it will taste bad. Everything there is so good. I used to only eat junk food, but was wanting to eat healthy and went into each new healthy experience with a positive attitude and now I love these foods but, the best foods are the fresh raw veggies. I don't even need salad dressing anymore. Come on ladies, you can do it!!!

It's great how these two have taken themselves from their unhealthy past situation, where 90% of feedback on UA-cam videos was really negative, and created such a positive brand for themselves. I remember being subscribed to Amy years ago, and seeing her improve her makeup skills in every video was so warming. She read hateful comments, and used that to make herself better - helping Tammy to follow. I love these two girls! I think theyre so fun, quirky and best of all, inspiring. Well done girls! Even as a bacon loving, steak slurping, hamburger munching carnivore, I LOVE guava, chickpeas, hummus, seaweed, all that good stuff. I'm deathly allergic to mangoes and strawberries but ripe guava, lychee, rambutan, and jackfruit are my favorite fruits. I can't stand cheese but love goat's milk and infertile eggs from my own chickens and guinea fowl (store bought eggs are vile; you can taste the suffering 🥺)

I've been on a weightloss journey and I've found that salmon is really good, and since its expensive I hardly get it But when I do I either eat it raw on sushi or I'll put white wine, lemon sauce, capers, garlic and pan sear it until cooked. I learned that recipe from a restaurant I went to for my 16th birthday. Another thing my mom cooks for me is lemon pepper baked chicken breasts. It's REALLY good. Stay safe yall!

Avoid salmon with any browned spots on the belly, around the edges of the fillet, or instances where the skin has started browning and curling up. Hope this helps :)
@@skwaa8359 I buy the skinless boneless portions from WalMart. It is best to get wild caught, but the 1 pound bag at WalMart is $4. If you have an air fryer, that's my favorite way to cook frozen salmon. A little drizzle of olive oil or melted butter with some garlic or dill works for me.

I’m a caregiver/caretaker for a family member and I wanna praise you Amy for all you’re doing for Tammy. We don’t know what happens when you’re not filming but we get a glimpse of it . She doesn’t wanna acknowledge all you do for her because she’s ashamed but I’m sure she knows. I know how hard it is and how they want to minimize what we do for them . Its not easy for them and it’s not easy for us . It’s not an easy task to care for a loved one and you deserve praises for being the one who does it. One day she will get better and see all you did for her and be thankful that you were always there . Don’t forget about yourself Amy , don’t forget that it’s ok to force her to do the maximum she can do for herself . There are organisms for natural caregivers that can give you advices on what steps you should take as a caregiver , especially now that you’re a mom. I myself am a bit overweight, for the longest time it caused harsh insecurities and ridicule. I've been on a weightloss journey and I've found that salmon is really good, and since its expensive I hardly get it But when I do I either eat it raw on sushi or I'll put white wine, lemon sauce, capers, garlic and pan sear it until cooked. I learned that recipe from a restaurant I went to for my 16th birthday. Another thing my mom cooks for me is lemon pepper baked chicken breasts. It's REALLY good. Stay safe yall!

@@skwaa8359 Look for salmon that appears moist rather than dried out, since moisture content is a great indicator of freshness and how carefully the fish was handled. Avoid salmon with any browned spots on the belly, around the edges of the fillet, or instances where the skin has started browning and curling up.

@@skwaa8359 I buy the skinless boneless portions from WalMart. It is best to get wild caught, but the 1 pound bag at WalMart is $4. If you have an air fryer, that's my favorite way to cook frozen salmon. A little drizzle of olive oil or melted butter with some garlic or dill works for me.
Love these girls, they're kentucky girls like me😊 Their humor is so refreshing but I'm sure they've used it as a coping mechanism during their lives too, there's pain and trauma underneath. It’s ridiculous how Tammy doesn’t try to change WHATSOEVER. She refuses to grow up and take responsibility for herself and she’s going to die because of it. I’m a caregiver/caretaker for a family member and I wanna praise you Amy for all you’re doing for Tammy. We don’t know what happens when you’re not filming but we get a glimpse of it . She doesn’t wanna acknowledge all you do for her because she’s ashamed but I’m sure she knows. I know how hard it is and how they want to minimize what we do for them . Its not easy for them and it’s not easy for us . It’s not an easy task to care for a loved one and you deserve praises for being the one who does it. One day she will get better and see all you did for her and be thankful that you were always there . Don’t forget about yourself Amy , don’t forget that it’s ok to force her to do the maximum she can do for herself . There are organisms for natural caregivers that can give you advices on what steps you should take as a caregiver , especially now that you’re a mom. We are proud of you and most of us don’t hate your sister , we just want her to be less rude and to give her 100% just like you did . Much love to you Amy -Kalinka 💜
