Didn't she have weight loss surgery? She kinda has no choice because they surgically make the stomach smaller so that the person can't eat a normal sized meal without throwing up.

Just a suggestion for your candle that popped out of the tin instead of gluing it back it.... Light another candle, poor a little bit of the hot wax into the bottom of the tin, and stick the candle back in. Once it cools and solidifies it will be secured in there! 💖

Your baby is so precious! Tell Tammy all I did to loose weight I walked 30 minutes a day and drank 3 bottles of water daily without fail. Start walking 5 minutes the first week then increase to 10 then 15 then 20 then 25 then 30. Tammy you can make it trust me. Don't starve your self but don't over eat either. If you feel hungry before the next meal drink a glass of water it will make you full. Please try it. Eat healthy. I hope to hear you ate doing this and loosing WT. Let's go!!!!!

She lost about 116 pounds (was 406 at her heaviest and in her last weigh in that I remember she was 290 but was pregnant) also this came out literally 6 days after she gave birth to her baby. She looks amazing.
