Being ignorant & refusing to lose weight despite all the help offered to her. There’s so many people who would jump at the chance for the help she was offered :(
yeah the attitude difference between the sisters was obvious since the beginning. And with Amy having a supportive partner and the life wish of having a baby were extra motivations to not stop at any point. Tammy on the other side tries hard "here and there", but she might have too many days going back to cheat meals, not walking at all, having too many relax days and then blaming everything except for her. Actually both sisters are the perfect example of how will and endurance make the difference to keep or to lose it. Some people are more like Amy, surprising people how successful a diet can be. On the other hand some people are like Tammy, complaining alot about weight and never fully changing their habits, but communicating outside that it is.
