Same here, I'm not the person that can really honestly laugh out loud yet I just did, so hard my 10yo son ran down the stairs says "what's funny mommy?" I showed him the part. Now, he's never seen the sisters before. Poor boy, he just couldn't get over their severe weight problem, to even find it funny that Amy had spat all over the place. My son's very sensitive.
I absolutely love these protein shakes! They are absolutely satisfied and even make me feel like I'm getting some type of dessert. I love cookies & cream, vanilla, Carmel, and bananas & cream, those are all the ones that I feel are very satisfying and filling for me.

Amy NEEDS to STOP enabling Tammy. Stop getting everything for her. The only way she will move is if she has to move. Think of the calories she would burn if she had to get up and get things for herself! Necessity is the mother of all inventions! She might be mad at first, (heck, she’s mad already- at herself) but She’ll feel so much better about herself when she starts doing more for herself! She might decide she doesn’t want to eat half as much food if she has to get up and get it for herself. You girls have got this!! Stick to the plan! 💗🥰💪🙏

They are pretty good served over ice. That way they are really cold and taste better. They also make chocolate in boost and ensure high protein if you are allowed to drink those. And there is a strawberry flavor boost that is actually really good. It reminds me of the Nestlé quick that I used to put in milk when I was a little kid. But honestly I’d rather eat my calories than drink them so I don’t do shakes too often. Feels like they are gone in a minute instead of as if I had a full meal. If you love Starbucks- 2 shots of espresso in a venti cup full of ice- then add one premier protein shake. It fits perfectly!!! Caramel shake tastes like an iced caramel macchiato The chocolate is my favorite though :)

There is going to be alot of negative people that wont support you are understand your journey but that's okay because your doing this for you who cares what other people thank of you. So I started my weight loss surgery 4 years ago I was 400lbs when I had bariatric surgery it was the best thing I did for myself I would never go back I never realized how much I was giving up in life my current weight 179lbs dont give up. There's so many of us that support you be strong never give up
I like the cookies and cream and the bananas and cream. I replaced two meals with premier protein shakes. I've been doing this almost 2 years and I've lost 250 lbs. I was very hangry in the beginning, but I love it now.

Nowadays it’s much harder to get it... I was approved in a month back in 2003 and had a friend get it three years later and she had to do things like a psych evaluation, attempt to lose a LOT and other things I can’t remember but it was a lot! Don’t get discouraged!! Take care of your apnea first and then do it... it will be worth the wait and you’ll have a better chance with healing and adjusting afterwards without any further problems interfering! Good luck!
