Right! If I were Amy I would have told her to slide back out of my van, and left her at home with Jerry! Amy does too much for Tammy and isn't appreciated for it. When Amy moves, Tammy won't know what to do with herself! I feel sorry for Michael too, Jerry didn't even offer to help push Tammy in the wheelchair, and clearly he was struggling.

Also, right before they started filming Tammy made a smartass comment about Amy's face & Amy clapped back at her for the first time I've ever seen! Hey guys! I don’t know if you’ll read this, but I’m proud of you guys for going on this weight loss journey! I’m 45 years old and had the RNY gastric bypass surgery last year and have lost 204 pounds and I’m sooo glad I did it! I know how hard it is to battle this addiction and having weight issues your whole life. No one understands unless they’ve been through it. I also understand Tammy getting defensive and upset when it comes to discussions about her weight. When you feel guilty, you tend to get defensive. Having said that, just remind yourself that Amy loves you and just wants to see you succeed and live a long life. Once you’re at the other side of this battle, you will not even begin to understand just how amazing you will feel inside and our. I used to have to walk with a cane, walker and wheelchair & have had 7 back surgeries. I used to be diabetic and was on 13 meds and now I’m not diabetic anymore and I’m only on 3 meds. I can walk so much easier now and with no assistance at all. I’m not bragging, I just want you to know that this can all be reversed and YOU CAN DO IT!!! Don’t give up and before anything else, LOVE & BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!! Love you guys 😘

I know you guys read these occasionally, so I hope you'll see this eventually... You guys are so inspiring to me because you want to better your lives and are actually doing it! All I can recommend is calculating your BMR (the rate at which your body burns calories while resting), reducing your calories by 300-500, and tracking your calories every day. I'm not in any position to tell you how to healthily lose weight, but all this info. is from my personal experience. Please consult your doctors if you have any questions! They're there to help you. Tammy -- you got this!!! As happy as I am that Jerry is there to be emotional support, he's enabling you, so in this case, be selfish. Be selfish by distancing yourself from him. You deserve this new and happy life! Amy -- continue to impress us with your weight loss and amazing attitude! Congratulations on the baby! Micheal -- you're. amazing 👏. I am proud of both Amy and Tammy. I understand their struggles as I am also a food addict since I was 14 years old. I put a quote up on the mirror of my bathroom "If food is the source of your satisfaction, how may God be a source of your peace?" I look at the quote every time I am in the bathroom. Please do not give up on yourselves. God loves you exactly as you are now. Losing weight is just icing on God's cake. Keep striving on, sisters!

He was just looking like he will not be doing that at all, he looked overwhelmed with it he cannot picture his self doing that period. Tammy is the only person in her life NOT making an effort and I get tired of hearing her complain week after week and talk bad to Amy when all Amy does is worry. I think the pain episodes Amy has had are more Tammys fault and the stress she places on her than a what Amy is eating. Run far away Amy and love on your new baby and husband...love your sister from a safe distance and move on with ypur life!

I’m sorry but Amy is just trying to help Tammy and make sure she is okay and safe and Tammy just comes back to her with negativity and attitude. Tammy I think I speak for everyone when I say your sister wants the best for you and you keep saying you don’t need help or a babysitter, but what is the first thing you do when you need something or need something done? You call your sister... so maybe instead of giving her an attitude and being rude you should thank her for everything she does for you.
