Excellent! Glad you did the tag (love all the quotations, especially from _Twelfth Night)_ Great analogy of BookTubers "writing their own characters" thru their channels, etc. Glad to have found your channel. -- Allen ☘
@@bighardbooks770 Thank you, sir. I loved doing this tag. And equally glad to have discovered your channel as well, thank you for responding and allowing me to discover another BookTuber!
@@ingridfitz5677 I’m glad I’ve sparked your interest in them! If you like friendship stories where the characters make it work then definitely TJ Klune is your author. You will melt after reading just one. He is truly remarkable at writing friendship formation.
I've watched many BookTubers take part in this tag, & I've done it myself, so was really keen to see what you might do with it. Loved your video, Trav. You always shine such an affirmative spotlight on books that are often new to me, & I love the journey of discovery - a marvellous video. And, yes, Pat is a marvel!
@@apoetreadstowrite Thank you, sir. Pat is amazing! I really appreciated her creating this tag, it was very liberating to me to be able to really think about BookTube’s influence on my personal reading and content creation journey.
Gosh, I love those cleverly matching covers on the Osman books, wow. I'd buy the series just to get those beautiful covers. I love it when publishers honour a manuscript with really fine book design & production values. I really should try 'Swamp Story' too, I don't read enough genuinely funny books, & this sounds brilliant. 'The House Plant' sounds fantastic, isn't it magical when a writer gets compression so right, I must search this out. Ah, gratitude to books themselves, love it. Thanks for such a terrific video - very engaging!
@@apoetreadstowrite Thank you, sir, and you’re welcome, as well. The Osman covers are indeed nice. I can’t wait to see what the 5th book will look like when it releases next September. ‘Swamp Story’ is definitely worth a try if you like comedy. I loved the character Phil in that book, he was priceless to me. If you read the ‘House Plant’ be sure to have tissues ready; it’s a tear-inducer. I even teared up a little.
Trav, thank you for doing my tag. I loved your answers. I am drawing great comfort from T. J. Klune right now. I’m reading Matt Haig’s newest book right now with my book club. I love him as well. And I love Richard Osman too! We have many books and writers in common. Loved your thoughts about this booktube community as a kind of big book with many chapters and characters. Lovely metaphor! Thank you again, Trav. This was really delightful!
@@BookChatWithPat8668 Hi Pat! You’re so very welcome; I LOVED this tag! It felt very liberating for me to really dig in and think about the impact these books/stories had on me and so much more. TJ Klune was an incredible author to discover. I’ve only read 3 so far but I always come away feeling great after finishing one. I can’t wait to read more. Matt Haig! I’ve only read ‘The Humans’ but I do want to read the newest one but I do have ‘The Midnight Library’ lined up for December TBR. Richard Osman is my foray into the cozy mystery genre and I have loved every step of the way through the TMC series. Very clever and charming writing with fascinating characters. This latest entry was so emotional. And yes, indeed BookTube is a book to me. So many different kinds of “characters” with very different stories and chapters, but the bonus being it’s much more immersive and personable. It’s a fantastic escape beyond a standard book sometimes. Once again, congratulations on your subscriber count achievement and I enjoy watching your BookTube story 😁!
'Book Tube is a book in itself' - excellently put, sir! And there are a lot of characters!
@@book-ramble Thank you, sir. Never a truer metaphor, indeed 😁

@Travsbookshelf Thanks. You read a wide variety of genres, like me; you read some authors I've not yet read, to boot 👢
Well you’ve sold me on those Klune books! Right now I would love to read a book with friendships and making it work . 🤗
