The sound of insects echoing in the evening dusk is like a fleeting summer dream.
Five years ago, we went to our favorite fireworks festival by Lake Kawaguchi together.
This year, our son, who has just turned 3, will be joining us as well.
We're planning a short trip in a campervan!
I want to cherish the momentary views and
the emotions felt there for as long as I live.
We would be happy if you could feel the Japanese summer
and its seasonal words along with our daily life.

A few days later, the teacher at the nursery school handed over a picture that Isshin had drawn.
There is "Hanabi" isshin "I did it", the teacher said.

I was so happy that we both started crying.
I was asleep at that time,

I got really teary-eyed watching you by the lake with you adorable son. It brought back so many memories of the times my daughter and I spent in nature when everything was new and wonderful to her and her smiles lit up my heart.

Beautiful. The perfect location. I was at Yamankoka in July of 2019 and found the Fuji Five Lakes so hard to describe the feeling one has being there--even for a short time. I miss Japan.
