- The pigment is made of volcanic rock from the neighbor mountain and greenish blue made by oxidizing copper.
I made a dish facing the deep colors created by nature and decided to live this year as it is.
On a sunny autumn day, We picked up many chestnuts in the forest where I could smell the scent of hay.
Baking cakes, which never goes well, has become a familiar experience for me since the birth of my son.
The cakes baked by my family for me were most delicious memories.

自然が作り出す味わい深い色と向き合って一皿を作って、今年一年を自然のあるがままのように生きようと思った。
秋の晴れた日に、干し草の香りがする森で栗をたくさん拾った。
上手くいかないケーキ作りも子供が生まれてからはお馴染みに。
誕生日の日に僕のためだけに作ってくれたケーキは、何よりも美味しかった。

Just imagine 20 yrs frm now Isshin a grown-up young adult watching and 'walking through' all the captured memories - a treasure trove chest of incredible 'live' experiences of growing up within the warm loving glow of his papa and daddy. Just wondering, ever thought of or considering much later getting a baby bro for Isshin, a playmate - pardon me just a fleeting thought as I watched Isshin's tiny feet waddling around through the forest and onto mother nature's path paved with a thick carpet of orangy-red autumn leaves....sigh....🤭🥰😊
