The F5C is such an interesting plane to fly, because it can turn, once or twice. It can climb, once and if you pull hard as possible, you MIGHT break the wings at a high enough speed
Also, it’s been pain flying it lately, because most planes can outclass it if they know what they’re doing when fighting it. All the vets seem to be coming out to block F14 grinders
@@press_here__8697 Literally only thing most planes can do is run. Not really a since plane I can think of OTHER then the F-8E/MiG 19 which has an actual chance against it in a dogfight.
@@spray916 Or they could abuse the f-5's bad acceleration and do vertical maneuvers. F-5 holds speed well in horizontal turns and can still turn at lower speeds, but anything vertical and the thing is a sitting duck.
@@humphrey6614 Okay, sure, but can it really depends on whats fighting it. F-5 still had a nutty T:W at 0.9ish and higher.
@@press_here__8697 The F5c is unironically one of the most idiot proof vehicles in the game and I’m saying that with a negative kd in it due to a legitimate skill issue upon purchasing of the vehicle

After watching the T-2 clip, it took me some time wondering how the player was still flying until I remembered the T-2 has 2 pilots modeled, so both are capable of flying when the other is knocked out.

As someone who owns this plane from the pre order I can confirm this thing is still a very solid plane to fly it is an absolute joy
This plane is such a learning experience. I bought it early on after my old account got lost and it really teaches you how to rely on your guns instead of missiles. so now that I have jets of my own I always can back up a bad missile with a round of shells to the enemy planes face when they least expect it
Fighting VTOL jets is so funny cuz it turns rear aspect missiles into all aspect

As someone who just bought the F-5C. I can confirm it's a beast. With premium active I'm getting some 3 kills and pulling 30kRP a match. The AP rounds also pen medium tanks for extra sweetness.
Got it today and got a 6 kill match
This Plane is just madness… I‘ve literally got like 20 Clips where you just dominate the Team…. in an F5-C…… in an Uptier…. it‘s just amazing!

I just test drove this as well before I ever watched the video. As in new and on console I'm having issues finding a good controller scheme close to how I play. But that double kill was amazing 💯 made me think of times I have been killed in a prop plane by a jet for some reason 🤔 but still was impressive to watch from the guy usually tearing up the skies. 💯🔥

5.0 to 6.0 has some superprops facing early jets
I would recommend plugging in a keyboard and mouse into your console. I did that for years on Xbox and I am pretty sure PlayStation can do it to!
I strapped on the mighty mouse rockets for those geniuses that head-on as a go to tactic...it's very fun

The F-5, a plane known for cheap maintainance irl with insane repairs in game... I got my 5E after the MLD was introduced, it's a great plane if you can avoid being involved in the first trades of the battle, but oh god what a stock grind.
If you think that is bad try using a Mig 21 with the peashooter in mixed battles and 2 R3S

You should see my headon skills sometimes. Just today I went head on with an apparently AFK A-10 which didn't even shoot back. I didn't land a single hit. That's how well I can aim with ADENs... Doesn't help that the Swedish versions lost their tracers

Correction: you just go in and shred IF, and only if, you can actually aim your shots in realistic AB. I'm still struggling with that. I might get the kill, but I very well might waste over half to all of my ammo trying to do so. Sometimes I run out of ammo all together, which sometimes gets me killed once the person I'm chasing notices. I had 5 of 7 slots available with rank 5 jets before making the jump into the F-5C, so it's not like I'm a brand new player. Rank 6 is a whole new beast at 10.3 BR from the 7.7 I was at in rank 5. I also only played arcade until the F-5C, which is a few weeks as I type this comment. It's great for grinding out the tech tree, but I suppose you could say that of a good deal of premium jets for different countries. I am considering buying the Su-25k. Have fun and watch a lot of videos to get used to the higher BR if you need to. I found missile dodging tutorials helpful. Cannon aim comes with time.

Can you tell how you get the rest Drive vehicle
You can win test drives through game pass, boxes and community events. I think that you can get this test drive from buying a pack but I haven’t been paying attention to any top tier stuff. (Though if you’re going to use GE to open boxes I suggest you just spend it on the vehicles themselves) Please tell me if I didn’t answer your question.
