"There is no one more powerful than someone who can communicate. If you can formulate your thoughts clearly, if you can conduct yourself honorably in your action and your speech, if you’re articulate and careful, then the world opens itself up to you, you have an unlimited horizon of possibility." -Dr. Jordan Peterson

they're the left wing banging in protest

It was a protest. One window broke and one woman walked around with a garotte and bit a police officer. Carnival is not that far from the truth though.

I was honestly like : those windows don't look sturdy and at one time they will break...well it didn't happen during speech

Let me state that Dr. Peterson is amazing and needed. Now kids listen up and grow up. I'm saying this because I care and have been through this sort of stuff many times over. If you think the University is big and bad, just wait until you get into the real world. Professors are about a 1 on the relevance scale. The problems you will face in life deal with a family, mortgages, providing opportunities for loved ones... If you only know how to tell your truth and not see both sides of the issue, and articulate both in a civilized manner you won't have a problem with your employer: this is due to the fact that you won't ever have one. Real Talk!

Do we thumbs up for Peterson's points or thumbs down for the behavior of others in the video?

Interesting how Ben Shapiro said that you should just write what the prof wants in order to secure the grade instead of saying what you truly believe.

I don't know. We hear about those people who had their lives ruined because of what they said. *And not just their lives, but the lives of their family as well.* Free speech is important, but not as important as family.

Donald Joestar Trump if we don't use and defend our free speech now, there won't be any in the world our children will inherit. "Freedom is never more than one generation from extinction."

The point hes making is the Abraham principle. If you're not willing to put your life on the line for your own principles, or that of your sons, then they didn't matter that much to you to begin with. And if you have to sacrifice your principles to have your family, eventually you'll lose both.
