I share your daughter's name so it surprised me when I heard you say it. • @bpislove7065
      @bpislove7065 Рік тому

      How does banana and protein cause diarrhea? The casein is difficult to break down, which means it will slow the digestion of everything else. Not to mention whey takes fairly long as it is a protein as well. Diarrhea is not caused by these foods, but rather it is caused when ur microbiome changes too rapidly. If you never eat protein or banana and caffeine ONLY THEN may this be the case. And caffeine is unlikely to cause diarrhea on its own

    I always really appreciate all your videos in which you bring our attention to some of the toxins in processed food. I follow your recommendations for the healthier alternatives. So I believe you are committed to helping people. Which is why I’d like to share what I have learned about combining foods in one sitting. Based on the smell and texture of what we’re eating, our brain signals to our stomach what kind of digestive juices to produce. Things like milk and fruits require two completely different profiles of digestion, hence combining them together in one session of eating will invariably lead to indigestion. Accumulation of indigested food will unfortunately lead to diseases :( eat fruits at least 30 mins separate from any other meal. Milk is a complete food on its own, and ideally consumed by itself.

There are no toxins in the foods that he claims, and your stomach doesn’t produce different acids or enzymes to break them down, your liver and pancreas do, which are after the stomach and in no way contribute to “indigestion” go open a real book and learn some actual facts before you spew your bullshit everywhere

    Kids are generally more sensitive to caffeine compared to adults, and can feel the adverse effects for nearly 6 hours.

People’s kids love me and people always think I have kids when I don’t. I love kids but it’s hard work that nobody talks about and I don’t want to be a single parent, I saw how hard my mother had it and being abused and her heart gave out! what are you asking here? Diabetics should be able to read the nutritional facts and like, understand their disease. I'm looking at the nutrition info and diabetics are affected by carbs, I have had type 1 diabetes since I was 13 but I'm not your doctor so.... for 1 scoop = 25 protein 10 grams of collagen and 18 grams of carbs.
