Beautiful building, but could you imagine paying $1 million for a two bedroom apartment that literally opens up onto Skid Row at ground level? Third and Virginia seriously wtf were they thinking? Westbank is actively working on a huge two tower project right at the edge of SLU and Cap Hill…. I feel like that would be a much more desirable location.
He was quick to point out there was 24 hour security both inside and walking around the outside. Super nice building, but I wouldn't feel safe walking around this place at night.
Sounds like some, but not all of their primary bedrooms will accommodate a king. (In my opinion, every primary bedroom should be able to accommodate a king a two side tables.)

Just found this Chanel, I live in SLC but Seattle has always been my dream! Great video thanks for sharing !!
Thanks for checking us out!
I Work on this project for three and half years. I miss that place.
Nice! What'd you work on?
@ Ironworker.
Very nice, thank you for sharing! Matt
Glad you liked it!
Amazing! Great job!
Thanks Leo! Looking forward to seeing what Bosa does next :)
This is sick!
It is!
Beautiful, but the primary bedroom in the 2bd looks tiny, no room for a console or anything at the foot of the bed 😞
Yup, the bedrooms are on the smaller side. They opted for many space in the living/dining/kitchen area.
Looks good
It does!

3rd Ave has gotten a lot better recently...
Exactly what I said third and Virginia is literally Skid Row
Yeah quote me at 1500 for a family of 3, or else I’m sticking to north Seattle.
Looks cool, but the pricing is pathetic.
It’s pay to play genius. Work harder
That 2-bed is nice, but doesn't look like you can fit a king size bed in either bedroom, which is a deal breaker for me.

One million dollars for a tiny little studio apartment ! SMH
Just curious do they have 3 bedroom units? If so do you know square foot ranges and prices? Thank You!!!!
There are 3-bedroom units starting in the high-$2Ms, feel free to reach out for more info!
Update?
We'll film an update soon, but waiting for the amenities to finish. But I was at the building on Wednesday, so let me know if you have any questions.
@@urban-living Thanks!
Looks like a maintenance nightmare
It will definitely keep the maintenance people busy!
1.7 million for that small 2-bedroom? No thanks. The kitchen essentially being in the living room is a horrible design.
There are people who make 10 million in two days. This is not for us under 300k in a year💯
Is the $1.76 million a one time payment, a yearly payment or a monthly payment?
Hoa fees? $$$$$
Dues are $0.93 a square foot a month, which is now pretty typical for a Seattle high rise condo.
That glass is never gonna be clean, lmao.
High rise condos typically clean their glass 2-4 times a year, so it should be pretty clean.
Fengshui layouts
Where did the car go?
🤣🤣
It was only up there for a couple days then they craned it off - it was a marketing promotion. if you buy one of the penthouses you get a McLaren.
🤣
