I was never a real fan of hers BUT I grew up with her songs and they great. After watching her interviews when she was younger I just cannot get over how confident she was when young. I’ve seen it in Alanis Morisette as well, when she started as a pop singer. Now that is fascinating ☺️

+Alan Parker I spent 14 days in Scotland and my Scottish genes had that accent rocking by the time I left. She lives in Murika so she adopted that accent by osmosis. She played a show in Scotland and once she spoke in 'American', fucktards threw bottles of piss at her. Apparently she never went back.

Her voice sounds hoarse, and I think she constantly tries to speak in American accents. They come out sounding like New York or Jersey.
You can still hear the Scottish accent and that makes her sound like she's from New Jersey/New York
