This is a lace made with 3 stitches. We use bigger needles than called for by the yarn. This is to make the stitch a bit more open.
Instructions:
Three Stitch Lace
Multiple of 3 plus 2
Repeat from * to *
When you purl, do so loosely.
Row 1.- Purl
Row 2.- Knit 1, *Knit three stitches together without taking them off the left needle, yarn over,
knit these 3 stitches together again and take them off the needle* - Навчання та стиль

I love coming on here and watching the videos. I feel like I'm sitting next to my mother learning from a very patient, sweet, gentle soul. I also like the fact that I don't have to listen to any bad language. I like the gentleness of the person doing the video too, you make a good team. Thank you for it all.
+S. Walker Ana, my daughter is the one filming, editing and posting. She is a sweetheart! Thank you for your kind words. :)

lol. How sweet! If you want to make a shawl, make a swatch and know how wide you want it. Do the numbers. Here is how: ua-cam.com/video/77OZDoWPlok/v-deo.html.
Then knit until the length you want. You can do it!

Love this stitch. Thanks so so much for this tutorial. I was a crochet addict, but I recently cannot do it anymore because it causes my hand to hurt. So now I'm knitting and man, it's hard. Your tutorial helped me a lot and gave me a lot more joy in knitting

JoannesWeb I like to make a hat out of that how many Stitch to make an inch so like for 2 years old boy how many stitches should I make
i used this stitch for two thick scarfs. very stretchy and looks pretty with thick fluffy yarn!
Very nice pattern. I tried it on circular needles and it works out great because you can knit down on the thin part of the needle to make it easier to get all three stitches on.
+Jean Kolberg Good idea!

Merdina Vernon I love this
I love this
Lovely stitch. Thank you for showing the stitch in a slower fashion so we can follow. It's also nice to see an accomplished knitter featuring a stitch demonstration with the needles held the way yours are - so hard to follow European knitting tutorials (with the needles pointing downward). Thank you for a great tutorial :)
+Robin Luther Thank you!

Thank you for the idea. I knit hats for preemies and kids with cancer. Will try using this pattern when making the hats.
I believe this stitch is a bit too open for hats. You might want a tighter one.

very sweet,Beautiful,you have gold hands.
This looks beautiful and the instructions are clear. The thing I miss on so many of these tutorials is that I want to see a full view of the scarf at the end and definitely one with it on a person. I think most would like to see the item worn. Just a suggestion.
That's a very beautiful stitch.
