    Ingredients:
    100g banana
    200g coconut milk
    200g any vegan milk(I used soy milk)
    50g cane sugar
    30g tapioca starch(any other starch can be substitution)
    1/2 tsp agar powder
    a quarter piece of vanilla beans
    2 tsp cane sugar for garnish
    Instruction:
    1. eat banana. Enjoy!
    2. put all the ingredients together in a container and blend them well.
    3. transfer the mixture to a sauce pan and gently warm it up until it thickens.
    4. leave it in a fridge for an hour.
    5. sprinkle cane sugar on the surface and burn it with a burner.

    「材料」
    バナナ 100g
    ココナッツミルク 200g
    豆乳 200g
    きび砂糖 50g
    タピオカ澱粉 30g
    粉寒天 小さじ1/2
    バニラビーンズ 1/4本
    きび砂糖 小さじ2
    「作り方」
    1、バナナ(分量外)を食べる。
    2、全ての材料をブレンダーにかける。
    3、鍋に移して弱火にかけ、とろみがつくまで火にかける。
    4、器に流し入れて冷蔵庫で1時間ほど冷やす。
    5、きび砂糖を表面に均一に広げてバーナーで焦げるまで炙ります。

      I've heard that you could heat up the bottom of a metal spoon on the stove and then use the heat from it to melt the sugar.

      When me and my mom made creme brulee we actually melted the sugar first and then put it on. you don't always have to torch the sugar. There are many ways to do it

      片栗粉の代わりですよ。あんまり良質な片栗粉って売ってないので、オーガニックのタピオカ澱粉の方が僕の場合は手に入れやすいので。

      Maui T. Creme Brulee is a dessert with some sort of pudding on the bottom and a thin layer of burned sugar or caramel ontop.

    I was looking for something to do with a couple of overripe bananas and found your video. The only ingredient I didn't have was the agar, but it seems to have come out fine with just the tapioca. Great non-dairy idea - Thanks!
