TODAY'S RECIPE IS Don't Waste Leftover Banana, Try This Easy And Delicious Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Sugar 3 tbsp
Caramelised the sugar
Immediately pour into 6 inch mould
2 ripe banana
2 eggs
Sugar 2 tbsp
Put into a blender
Milk 200 ml
Blend until smooth
Strain
Cover
Place a stand
Boiling water
Steam for 20-30 mins Medium flame
Let it cool down & keep in the fridge for 2 hours
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Um, why did you smash the bananas and add egg to the bowl if you were adding it all the a blender? Lol
might be to temper the eggs since the never said if the eggs are room temperature or not.
Maybe the way the eggs would blend changes

I made it but sadly i put too much milk, so i tried to drain some and accidently dropped half the whole thing which made it break, i thought, "let's resteam!" so i did and nothing changed so i made more crystalized sugar but when i went back to put it in it all burnt, so, i quickly threw it out-and now i'm freezing it to add some shape..but it taste pretty good

Sounds like me when cooking! hahaha! I love that you continued and didn't stop! Next time just add more bananas and eggs to match the milk ratio... can always make two instead of one
I just tried to make this recipe and it didn't work out. I thought this video was a recipe for flan but its not. There are certain steps that need to be explained. Please speak so that people have a better idea how to make this food.

looks really good! two bananas and one or two eggs make a great pancake batter as well. it’s called the 2 ingredient pancakes. just mix the bananas and eggs together in a bowl and pour pancake size batter into oiled pan and cook for abt 2-3 minutes each side or until your liking. Let me know if you try it and if you like it. I usually top with honey and fresh fruit✅✅🍽️

No need to mash the banana. Blender will do it for you. Yum! Idk about easy recipe though lol.
Actually I really wonder why people are mashing it with fork when it should be made as a paste in mixer grinder.... Why they are not putting it directly in the mixer🤔🤔
Cause it is easier to wash and some people don’t have mixers and grinders
