Remember also that while the forward jumping attack animation takes place you CAN still hold down DB while going for either LP, MP or MK and then either unleash Sonic Boom or a Flash Kick! If you plan to go far wtih Guile, you will want to learn the timing down for some of those combos. On top of that, you will still have some flexibility if you want to keep your defensive game, even when the oppornent is closer to you. If you're really daring/good, try to do either JMP or JHK, standing close HP while holding back and finish it with a Sonic Boom. This is just an example on what you can do with Guile.

Yeah the knee bazooka? It is good and you can charge while doing it, but it is very unsafe on block leaving Guile vunerable if the opponent reacts fast enough.
You can do a standing moon kick if you jump and do a medium kick while charging back and as you land do a medium punch and then do the moon kick... you'll be standing

I’ve narrowed the problem down to the Delta Motion, so I was wondering if you could please give me some advice on how to improve my Delta Motion game, such as timing and alternate motions. I think you have to do the Delta Motion quickly, but I’m not entirely sure.
@@shanestone9770 if the knee bazooka comes out it most likely means you are not inputting up when youre pressing kick make sure the move ends in up+back or just up when you press the kick button, also make sure you charge it for long enough its tricky, but it can be learned!

What could I be doing wrong this time? I’ve only ever done the double flash twice by now and I’ve never been able to recreate it.
theres not really a need to put those combos in a short tutorial like this as they are either just clp/clk ×3 into flash kick (which needs charging), or something that is significantly harder, but guile can be a perfectly competent character without any combos you are free to search for more advanced combos as you like
Literally no matter what I do guile’s Super won’t come out, I can do literally almost all other fighting game input’s with some level of competency, but Guile’s flash kick Super hasn’t worked a single time Ive tried both the real input and followed you simple version and neither has worked a single time, what am I doing wrong????
i used to think i wasnt going to ever be able to do it, theres no real trick to it, just keep practicing and trust me you will find a method that works for you good luck!

what about back light kick?
it's fast, it's a combo extender and it keeps the charge for sonic boom just like that step kick

you should just try to keep doing the motion again and again until you can do it fast enough, there is no real secret to it

airgrab is not safe against certain jump ins, but otherwise yes, guiles air throw is solid!

Well, now I’ve done it 7 times so I must be doing something right. The problem is I don’t know what that “something” is.
