Went from making a beef wellington for Gordon, to roasting him for his terrible grilled cheese sandwich. Guga needed to get revenge after being called a donut!

It is my life's mission. Anytime Ramsey criticizes another cook, I point to this.

my opinion on that: he think he has achieved enough and he dont really care, which still slaps the truth about chefs, but tbh I find other chefs way of cooking and presenting way more interesting. Gordon just got popular cuz of hes language and from there it took off. Im not saying he is a bad cook, he still has a few Michelin stars, which points on something, but again, other chefs cooks in hes restaurant, and they actually keep those stars. Anyway this video was hilarious.
The Pepperberry cheese is made from the pepper berry bush exclusive to Tasmania. It's also known as Mountain Pepper, is an evergreen shrub often used as a culinary spice. It can be found in Aboriginal cuisine. A very nice cheese with a heck of a bite! You can order some of the berries and you can make a great compound butter from it Guga!
Thanks for the info!

Regarding all the people saying Gordon is drunk here, I think it’s cocaine. He can’t stand still and his energy is frantic and rushed and chaotic. And the real signature hallmark of cocaine, false overconfidence in a terrible idea.
Oooof
I'm amazed the two of you didn't point out the fact that when he combined the breads into a sandwich, he layered the same cheeses on top of each other instead of overlapping. Now instead of getting two different cheeses in one bite, you're going to be getting one cheese so he should have just made two different sandwiches.
I saw that too. I thought "Why not rotate the cheese so it's evenly distributed (more or less)".
He should alternate the layering with opposing cheese(s) I think you mean, not, overlap. 'Battenberg' it, so you get alternates through the bite.
Jamie Oliver's Grilled Cheese sandwich video BTFO's Gordon's...
Me too! I was judging the whole time 😔
I don’t think they thought it was important to mention something like that and neither do I. Now you’re just nitpicking and piling on.
I'd love to see someone do a redo of this using the same cheeses and kimchi over a fire but done properly to get a true gooey grilled cheese. Guga is the man for experimenting with fire.
there's no way your doing it over fire and getting melted cheese without burning the bread first
unless they shred the cheese I doubt doing it over a fire is a good idea
PENGUINZ0 did that and it was aweful
It's simply the wrong kind of cheese for this type of thing. Very hard, dry, aged cheese like that doesn't melt the way you'd want; it would sooner burn. It's the kind of cheese that you cut into tiny pieces and then enjoy with something like baguette and some grapes. Eaten like that, it's pleasant and absolutely wonderful.
But yeah, trying to grill it is just outright the wrong idea.
It's like trying to put a screw into something by slamming it with a hammer. The screw itself is fine, you're just doing it wrong fundamentally.
Improved version was done on "Dished" channel, however not over live fire
I often think professional chefs are full of craziness that no normal person can achieve, so keep these videos coming.

I think you grilled Gordon more than he grilled that hard cheese sandwich 😂😂😂
Worst grilled sandwich I have ever seen. Gordon is a lousy chef
What he made was definitely not grilled cheese. It turned out to be cheese on toast. In Gordon's mind, he probably nailed his cheese on toast aka "grilled cheese" . I agree he nailed cheese on toast but again, definitely not grilled cheese.
Once they get the ego inflated that much, they become child like. They think everything they do is to be applauded. This stupid sandwich is a prime example of an inflated ego run amok. Disgusting

Bet he also thinks it worth $29
@@dpastrana82 I wouldn't pay a dime for that rubbish ..and I like Ramsay..but cmon..this is ego inflated fake bull crap. Surely its fake, no?
that's not even cheese on toast. cheese on toast is melty like grilled cheese
This is great, Gordon finally made a video of him cooking while drunk! I mean he even thought the fireplace was his stove!😂
Cheese on toast is a common snack in the UK. It consists of (normally) ready toasted bread, topped with sliced or grated cheese which is then broiled in order to melt the cheese and served open (not as a sandwich). Cheddar is the most common cheese used, but many households tend to buy quite mature cheddar which is rather hard and doesn't melt well at all - but still makes a delicious bit of toast. It seems like Gordon has tried to combine a fancy version of this with an american grilled cheese (which is uncommon in the UK) and has not been especially successful with replicating the grilled cheese part.
To be honest, the grilled cheese isn’t very popular in the UK. Much more popular is ‘toasties’ where it’s just like a cheese sandwich that’s been in a sandwich press or as we call it - a toastie maker, so all the cheese has melted.
We do eat more mature cheddar than you guys but it still melts pretty well. I’d say I wouldn’t really think of American cheese as real cheese in fact my mum calls it ‘plastic cheese’ 😂
"many households tend to buy quite mature cheddar which is rather hard and doesn't melt well at all"
What?!?!
All UK cheddar melts. Even hardcore stuff like Green's of Glastonbury or Wookey Hole will bubble and brown under the 'broiler'
I'm not sure where you're finding cheddars with the consistency of halloumi or feta in the UK, or anywhere for that matter.
I don't know anyone here who eats lukewarm, sweaty, unmelted cheese on toast.
It's not a thing.
@@elliotsharpe5448 A good sandwich toaster smashes the pan fried sandwich for 6.
@@IveJustHadAPiss I didn't say very mature cheddar doesn't melt. I said it doesn't melt "well". Meaning that it tends to split instead of melting evenly. People also sometimes like their cheese browned and not melted all the way.
@@elliotsharpe5448even as a fellow Brit, the whole "plastic cheese" thing has gotten insanely old by now to me, I have to fight to not roll my eyes whenever someone mindlessly dogs on it. American cheese contains additional milk parts and the like to make a creamier, softer product that melts quicker and more evenly, and as such is ideal for burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches, the exact foods it's supposed to go on.
Pepperberry is a native Tasmanian plant, so that particular cheese is unique to Tasmania, both cheeses used being locally made.
Chedder is also available with Pepperberry.
A point missed by the American who doesn't know cheese - is that Ramsay is using regional cheeses. Of course anybody can just reach for the "Cheddar and Gouda" 🤣
@@s.salazar6364 Then gordon should've either looked for softer regional cheeses or just made a different dish
He just keeps reassuring that it's going well by describing every ingredient as beautiful. *Burns the bread* "Ah yes but that BEAUTIFUL kimchi and the cheese with that BEAUTIFUL local bread"
Yes everything is beautiful
Me and my friends make grilled cheeses on our summer cottage on similar open fire as Gordon, using a cast Iron skillet as well. It really burns easily but you got to use softer cheeses like cheddar and cream cheeses! We like to do salami and sriracha sauce combo, best with a fresh beer❤
Nobody ever mentions how Ramsay arranged the cheese so that when you put the sides together, the same types of cheese end up on the same half of the sandwich. There is no blend at all. You cut that thing in half and end up with each half having a different flavor.
Yes I noticed and it really bothered me
@@zachcushing-murray2663 lol, glad I'm not alone
I’m not alone!
Guga made me realize what a bad chef ramsay actually is lol
@@thepeach4638 Ramsay currently holds 7 Michelin stars and has earned 14 in his career, nice try kiddo lmao
Those cheeses Gordon used look more like you'd want them either shaved or grated, possibly cut into smallish cubes to eat with a dry cured sausage, olives and some kind of sweet wine or fruity tea. At least for the asiago , the other. Thin cubes with a summer sausage, fruit and a chilled fruity/sweet drink. Possibly with a good salsa and torn apart toasted flat bread like a pita maybe flour tortilla. In my opinion at least for those in particular.
As for an actual grilled cheese sandwich. Hard to go wrong with mild or medium cheddar, smoked Gouda is good, Munster is good. Thin sliced or shreds. The bread, something like a sourdough or other sturdy crust and crumb bread, must be a crust around the perimeter. Mighty butter or mayo swipe one side, smear of roasted garlic on inside of slice, place down small handful of cheese shred in buttered pan to melt, place bread on the cheese. Another small handful of cheese shred or thin sliced. Cook till cheese on outside is crispy, repeat with other bread side. When the filling is melted gooey, press halves together. Let sit for a minute before cutting in triangles, serve as is or with a tomato soup, possibly a meaty thick broth (a broth that's stew thick).
Further watching, yeah that's not a grilled cheese Gordon's eating. Sure it may be tasty but it's not melted at all. It's warmed and the bread is toasted slightly burned but t that's it.
Guga really getting revenge for all the times Gordon called him a donut
Guga can now rightfully call him a burnt cheese sandwich in return!
Guga took it personally lol
Well he is a donut and uncultured he’s trying to reference everything to a American perspective
This is how people in Britain have their "Grilled Cheese". It is like what he says in the video - it is called Cheese on Toast in Britain and like its name sake, it is literally putting cheese on a piece of toasted bread. The cheese can be a melty cheese or it can be a hard cheese. It depends on what cheese you wanna pair your toast with. It is definitely not the same Grilled Cheese as people know it in North America
thank you for schooling the yanks
A British ‘toasted cheese sandwich’ should have melted cheese
@@thecuttingsark5094 Not really, alot of cheeses in the Uk are more on the firm side, they have alot of flavour and honestly would say this taste better than a typical grilled cheese from the US. Texture is subjective but i prefer the UK version because it have this bite to this the cheese with alot of flavour, the US version is also quite satisfying to eat because of the cheese pull.
(im Vietnamese, i have no bias related to nationality)
@@spookyengie735 Isn't is supposed to be a little bit melted? the cheese in this video only had its oil released, no melting at all

These guys are both getting more views over this feud 😂 I have mad respect for both of them. I've learned so much from them both.
I wouldn’t call this a feud.
As a Vietnamese, i actually tried to make the Gordon Ramsay "Grilled" Cheese, as he said at the start this is actually more of a british "Cheese on toast" then the American grilled cheese (it just that the term grilled cheese is more common and sound better then just cheese on toast). I , of course, didn't use a fire place to cook it since i don't have one but i did use a coal grill, The hard cheese and the toasted bread actually have a really good texture and flavour that i would argue better than a typical american grilled cheese, the flavour of this slightly soften hard cheese is super impactful, it spread salty savory note around you mouth with hint of funkiness/umaminess. I would definitely recommend Gordon "Grilled Cheese" if you like a flavourful sandwich, if you like a cheesy pull then this probably isn't the sandwich for you.
As an American, I know most of us grew up with grilled cheeses that used those oil-based Kraft cheese singles. And while they good and melty, I'm actually very interested in trying this version, as I also love hard cheese. Gordon's recipe is like a big fancy cheese & cracker instead of a queso sandwich.
What does you being Vietnamese lend to your comment?
@@the_manderson_4812 So there no bias.
@@spookyengie735 I guess that almost makes sense. Also, it’s not like there’s a problem with you being Vietnamese just in case you misinterpreted that
I always thought American grilled cheese was just cheese on toast, bread in toaster, cover with sliced cheddar stick it under the grill until it melts. Then I realised the "grilled" bit meant fried in butter in a frying pan. I tried it that way and the grease made me nauseous but I also find melted cheese on toast to be a bit too greasy unless I go easy on the cheese and don't over melt it so the oil comes out
Never seen someone so excited to reinvent the wheel, seems like Gordon took the creativity to an extreme.
Reinvented the wheel--made it an octagon.
Gordon just made himself a quick sandwich and managed to make money at the same time.that's the beauty of that sandwich
Nice cookbook behind you 🔥🔥🔥
Making sandwiches seems like such a simple thing. You put something between two slices of bread. But it is actually quite complex to make a really great sandwich. This goes for anything you can imagine that you could place in a bun or between two slices of bread. You have to think about the bread, the filling, the dressing...everything matters! For all of us who make anything between two slices of bread at home here's the question: what sandwich/burger/whatever sounded great in your head but was a complete and total fail once it was on the plate and in your mouth? I have several unforgettable ones. :)
its not complex, just easy to overthink and if you get too fancy youll just piss people off
Anything with too many toppings. After a certain point more is on the plate than in the sandwich 😭
rye sandwich with any kind of warm tomato, whole, sliced or sauce, does not work
To the ''Italian cheese expert'': The black bits in the first cheese are peppercorns, NOT MOULD. It is common to put whole peppercorns in Italian cheeses. And yes, hard cheeses can melt beautifully, when grilled. The way Gordon did it, no cheese would melt, as the sandwich was too thick.
He was on about the rind...
@@rebeccaconlon9743 then a minute later he was impressed by 34 blue cheese wtf do you think the blue parts are genius? you sound dumb as the 1000 sandwich expert lmao
@@rebeccaconlon9743 Point still stands.. being confused about mold on cheese rind is bizarre lmao
@@rebeccaconlon9743 No, he was not.
He misheard what Gordon called the cheese. He mentioned pecorino romano, which isn't normally moldy so I imagine he thought it was bad.
Grilled cheese...
Get 2 slices of bread and a piece of cheese and put the cheese inbetween the 2 slices of bread..
Put butter on the outside of one slice of bread and then put butter in the frying pan.. heat it on about 7 til the pan is hot and the butter melts, then put the uncooked grilled cheese sandwich in the frying pan with the melted butter.. leave the buttered bread on top.. then let the bread on the bottom toast, then flip the sandwich over and let this side do the same.. once toasted remove and put in your plate.. its a grilled cheese sandwich thats ready to eat.
.. it can be sliced in half
And the type of bread and cheesr can be altered to your preference.
Ham can also be put in the sandwich to make grilled ham n cheese sandwiches.
You can also use 2 slices of cheese instead of 1.
.. i just used regular ingredients.
Grilled cheese should always have hot melted cheese, not cold solid cheese. I can not find the Romano pepper berry cheese around here but I did try some other pepper and berry cheeses. Some were good and some were not.
I do like my cheese thick though. But the way I do it is I put both slices of bread on the pan and one layer of cheese on each slice of bread. Put a lid on and watch the cheese melt. It must also be a crisp golden brown for that awesome crunch. When they are done I put the two halves together and enjoy.
My favorite Grilled Cheeses Sandwiches are:
● Jalapeno Pepper Jack Cheese with smoked Chipotle Cheddar Cheese (these are also good by themselves)
● Havarti Caraway Cheese
● Garlic Chili Cheddar Cheese
● Sharp Cheddar Cheese with Sliced Spicy Chorizo
● Monterey Jack Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese with Sliced Spicy Chorizo drizzled with Pizza Sauce.
I grew up on grilled cheese, and I can confidently say there's not a single part of Gordon's recipe I'd recommend.

@Gruga - The Butter Vs. Mayo debate:
When I was in HS, i was fortunate enough to spend a season (may to august) commercial fishing. We'd spend days at a time on the boat and frequently cooked grilled cheeses. Here is where I learned to make an elevated grilled cheese sammy. It's simple:
1) Room soft butter on the inside of both slices
2) Add your favorite cheese
3) on the pan-side of the bread, add a super light layer of the mayo of choice (helman's real mayo is my choice). Miracle whip leaves too funky of a flavor.
4) Slap it on the grill and cook it until your cheese melts.
This is the only way I make them now, when I want to indulge
What he made took serious talent. It's amazing how he could burn something so badly while leaving it cold and hard.
Ive tried putting kimchi in a grilled cheese. I've used cheddar, pepper jack, and a 3rd kind of cheese but i cant remember. They were ofcourse melty cheeses. Ive used a much smaller amount of kimchi and it was overpowering by itself. Although having a tomato soup with it made it balance more than just the grilled cheese.
Could try a kimchi tomato soup maybe
I'm really interested in what you two think, but when I melt my cheese sandwich, I don't put stuff like kimchi in it. I add them in later. I don't want to grill pickles. Sure it makes the assembly a bit messier, but for me it just makes sense.
I do like the idea of cooking stuff over a fireplace or in one of those old ovens that you fire up with wood. It's basically indoor barbecue and the whole room smells amazing afterward. 😁

Guess the grill cheese really is dependant on the individual, that’s actually sort of how I like to do my cheese
Slightly warm and softened but not properly melted I feel it has more flavour when it’s not fully melted
Someone please tell Nick to use BUTTER for his grilled cheese!!!

well I haven't ever tried grilled cheese but I think everyone has their own way of enjoying it. replacing mayo with butter in his grilled cheese recipes is not a hard job so yeah
Mayo instead of butter isnt even disgusting, it’s just not as popular as butter. All mayo is: Egg Yolk, Oil(Olive oil, Vegetable Oil, Avacado Oil, etc) Salt, Lemon Juice, and whatever else you want to add.
I love both of you, loooong time fan and also love Ramsay. But kudos for finding this dreadful video, even masters get it wrong from time to time. And your review was hilarious and on point. 😅😅
I hear he runs Italian food through a woodchipper.
I love fontina, havarti, and straight up American cheese slices… Texas toast, with unsalted butter, with a touch of olive oil (not extra virgin) and miracle whip, in a blender to make a soft buttery paste basically…
Low heat enough to sizzle, cover with a lid with 1oz of water… steam/fry it flip when golden… screw the kimchi…
My concern is where is the tomato soup to dip it in…..
If you are going to use a cheese that is hard to melt, either slice it thin or shred it and add some melty cheese like mozzarella or cheddar to help it along.
Owen needs to go back to Italian cheese school for thinking pepperberry was mold.

I remember watching that episode and thinking that Gordon doesn't know how to make grilled cheese. The key is in the name...the cheese has to be melted and he didn't get it to melt. Not even mentioning the fact that Asiago and Pecorino which are horrible melting cheeses - you don't eat them in BIG chunks. Its a sweaty cheese sandwich.
Josh from mythical kitchen tore him up over his grilled cheese a couple years ago as well. Well worth watching.
My favorite part is that Ramsay is cutting these super thick slices of cheese, and there's a deli slicer right behind him the entire time.
And I don't know why he didn't cut 2 thinner slices of each cheese right away. He cut two thick slices, and then he split those splices in half
Would you want to clean a knife and a deli slicer for cut a couple of slices of cheese? The deli slicer is for cutting a lot of meats, cheeses or even bread.
Every youtube video makes grilled cheese wrong. You gotta butter both sides of the bread. Cook the insides first, then flip the bread, put on the cheese and assemble the sandwich. Then you cook the outsides. Your cheese melts so good, the bread is buttery and crispy. It's the best way to do it.
He's Italian and he doesn't know Asiago cheese? He's not Italian...
Exactly. Being from Italy myself I know that cheese. There are 4 types of Asiago and this one in the video must be the „vecchio“ (old) - definately not good for melting…
do some research his mother is italian and father is chinese.....he was born and raised in milan, italy
@@josienic361 well as italian i would go for caciocavallo on a pan for the grilled cheese sandwich, surely not cheddar
This is classic "no steak, all sizzle." Ramsay was focused on making an entertaining video, not a good sandwich.
Imagine he cooked a sandwich like a steak.
Hi, Guga!
We usually use very very aged Kimchi for cooking. The flavor is seeped deeply into the cabbage, and the texture is softer. For example, Kimchi stew and Kimchi fried rice are much better made with aged Kimchi.
And aged Kimchi doesn't look pretty at times.
The Pepperberry Romano is not a mold cheese and in no way smells like feet, the black you see is the pepperberry, a native Australian spice.
I think Josh from Good mythical kitchen basically summarized how badly Gordan messed up. Gordan knows he messed up but was too lazy to record it again so tried to pass it off as a good sandwich
Same thing with his ramen.
Same thing with his 'carbonara' with mushroom, peas and bacon.
I dated a master pastry chef that work for his restaurant at the Paris hotel in Vegas restaurant. FYI, she can bake. She told me when he came in the kitchen and tried to give advice. She check him lol. And he didn't say anything after. Also she told me he's a nice guy. It's all media to push numbers for the show
im suprised no one mentionned the olive oil in the pan... olive oil have a strong taste to it that will take over the taste of the butter used to grill the bread , have low heat point so its easier to burn. so i think either gee or a neutral oil is better for grilled cheese sandwich
Grodon Ramsay can keep his fancy cheeses and breads and kimchi. American cheese, plain bread, and butter is all you need for the best grilled cheese in the world. Also maybe some shredded cheddar cheese grilled on the outside of the bread to give it a nice cheese crunch.
Sounds like Guga needs to have a grilled cheese sandwich experiment and make this version along with others to find out what the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich will be in the end.
Lol hes italian and says the cheese smells like feet. Damn
Well... depends... girls' feet? Those always smell very good... like a good cheese always smells very good!
Ok Owen and Guga: Control, Two Cheeses of each Chef's choice, Two cheeses and addition of each chef's choice. Bonus of Guga teaching Owen the perfect way to make steak for steak sandwiches/Phillies.
5:13 I'm from uruguay, cooking on the fireplace is a classic here
Love it when Guga puts people where they belong….. 🎉
Yeah? I guess owning a michelin star restaurants is inferior to someone who cooks for 1-4 people on youtube. Did you even taste his food?
Bruh after doing a world record he’ll still roast him after he helped him 😂
Well gordon roast roast him for making steak with mac and cheese powder so they even now.
Welfare American white cheese thick sliced or currently called extra melt American cheese in a five pound loaf on heavily buttered Wonder bread toasted very well done until the cheese oozes out and makes a frico.
That is Absolute grilled cheese perfection!
Bro the way I make the cheese melt on a grilled cheese is once I put butter on both slices I put the first slice button touching the pan then a handful of cheddar, Romano, and white cheddar then put the other slice on top and wait a few minutes before flipping it and it comes out beautifully then I make tomato soup with it
I don't think I have ever seen Gordon make a grilled cheese I would eat. XD
I'm gonna say it...
Jamie Oliver's grilled cheese video was better.
(like, perfect better)
Gordon was trolling you guys.
Mission accomplished.
Since he was in Tasmania I guarantee he bought that loaf since Tasmania is packed full of country bakeries and pie shops. As for the fact he isn't sweating next to that fire with all that warm clothing on, Tasmania is a really cold place, it's not like the rest of Australia at all, even in Summer it's still about as cold as it gets in most of the mainland during Winter up there.
@guga, I would guess that was margarine and not butter. Its still good, use it daily on toast. But I also keep butter for when cooking steak and curries and stuff.
Mid class chefs roasting a world class chef… hilarious
Gordon Ramsey embodies the logical fallacy known as 'argument from authority' Gordon thinks because he is Gordon Ramsey everything he does is correct and unquestionable.
I watched somewhere that chefs can’t do what guga does because there are rules they follow.
Gordon has 17 michelin stars. Has accomplished more than any other chef ever. What have you done phill? lol come on dude quit being a hater. You sound weak.
Nah he's a little stubborn, but he does admit when he's wrong, and in this video he was in an airbnb in the Tasmanian country side with no power or stove, but he still has to make videos, so this is what he came up with, and seeing as grilled cheese is one of the easiest foods to make, its only logical that Gordon created it when he had close to no materials or tools.
There's also the "my stuff is exotic and expensive so it must be better" fallacy. It's pure snobbery.
@@owendawson5424 there are hundreds of dishes he could have made there. Why not a soup or stew? Or a slow roasted or braised [insert local butchery here]?
I grew up poor with government cheese. turning that near cement like cheese into grilled cheese was almost a magic trick.
Guga didn't just prove Gordon wrong by making the best beef wellington, he started fighting back😂! Way to go Guga.
It’s not a grilled cheese if it has anything on it but cheese. I would call it a melt, but he didn’t even melt the cheese.
Never expected to see one of my favorite UA-camr and one of my favorite tik tokers collabing ⁉️happy day fr
I actually put alum foil on a cookie sheet and then butter down on thick cut bread and open face cook it till the cheese melts at 350F. Also if I have leftover meat I put it on top of the cheese. Magic!!
He is Gordon Ramsay, a world renowned chef. So, he should know what grilled cheese sandwich looks like to most people. No excuse from him. If he is going to make cheese on toast, then explain that from the beginning.
9:21 there was a meat slicer in the background. Gordon Ramsay should’ve use that to slice his cheese as thin as possible.
And he should’ve also sliced his bread even thinner.
Also, I would’ve never used olive oil I would’ve used just straight up butter.
I'm British from UK and agree it should be melted cheese not block cheese lol :) Thanks guys nice channel
I love how they react and say what is wrong 😂
For him being a professional chef you’d think he could make a grilled cheese sandwich but no he f-cked it up
I love how the internet exposed Gordon's wack recipes. This video and Uncle Roger really gave me some perspective on what good cooking is hahaha
Tasmania. Part of Australian Federation. it is located just south of Victoria state
when it comes to mayo on grill cheese to brown it it depends very greatly on which mayo you use. people still think kraft miracle whip is mayo and try to use it and it's not mayo. plus it just tastes nasty. the absolute best mayo to use to grill the toast on grill cheese imho is eiher hellman's or blueplate.
Lol gordon botched this grilled cheese.
Budget Salt Bae at it again
@Guga I know you're not much of a croc-pot cooker but I need you to make croc-pot ribs in chili. I'm cheap and lazy so I normally do croc-pot ribs in a bunch of bbq sauce and soda then broil them in the oven. They turn out pretty good but definitely not amazing. I also do a chili in the croc-pot which does turn out amazing. Recently, I wondered what would happen if I made the chili and prior to turning the croc-pot on, dropped my ribs in there, and then cooked them together. I know the ribs wouldn't have any sweetness but I'm thinking the chili would give the ribs a unique and good flavor, and the ribs would add some pork deliciousness to the chili.
Hey but also I love both I love melted cheese and sometimes just slowly gooey cheese this looks a little too hard for me but at the same time if it is what he likes then there you go. God bless you guys keep up the good videos.
Gordon is overrated IMHO
I'm so glad someone made a video in this.... I have been talking about Gordon's trash grilled cheese for 2 years
Butter is great. Home made ghee where you skim off the floating solids, toast the sunken solids until the oil is a medium / nutty brown is next level.
Olive oil is ridiculous for the high heat. Properly made ghee has a very high smoke point and brings toasted butter flavor to the party.
No idea why he didn't shred that cheese and yeah a blend with something that melts nicely would have been excellent.
The battle I didn’t know I needed!
When I do it on an iron skillet it's low heat with the iron lid on. Works every time.
id love to see you make this and see if its any good
